Just the average, school 'n shit. Y/n and Cry were eating lunch, talking to Adam the smart guy and his girlfriend, Anna the popular girl. Y/n wondered why Adam was even with her since they were so different.
Right as Cry was about to ask about after school plans, the emergency alarm comes on as well as the intercom.
"Students, this is Mrs.Jackson speaking, please get to the gym as fast as you can! What are you doing? Get away fro---AH!"
"What the hell!" Y/n yelled while Cry grabbed her arm and dragged her to the gym, with Adam and Anna close behind.

Stephanie Walker, a straight-A student, sweet, pretty, and every parent's dream. What happens when her simple life clashes with the golden boy on her senior year trip? Her last year in high school wasn't going to be as simple as she thought. "Don't let me catch you, cupcake." His voice boomed from downstairs. And I ran looking for where to hide. I shielded myself behind a pole and tried to calm my nerves. Way to go, Stephanie, my subconscious mind chimed in. I held my breath as I heard his footsteps. "Where are you cupcake?" he asked, and I scoffed internally. Like I would tell him where I am. I waited for a few seconds, and I heard nothing. I felt a hand snake around my waist, and I didn't need to turn around to know who it was. "Found you." He whispered into my ear, and a shiver ran down my spine. "How?" I breathed, turning around to face him. And he smirked, knowing the effect he had on me. 'Get your shits together, fool.' I mentally scolded myself. "Do you really want a real or sugarcoated explanation?" he asked, and I gave him a pointed look. "I could smell you a mile away." He whispered, putting a lock of my hair behind my ear, and butterflies fluttered in my stomach. This guy is going to be the death of me. "That is the sugarcoated version." He said, and I blinked a few times. I glared hard at him. "The pole didn't hide you well. I could see your cardigan peeking out." He said, and I rolled my eyes at him. "Now, time for my revenge." He whispered. I had a confused look on while he had his infamous smirk on. This can't be good! I felt something trickle down my body. I wiped my face and glared daggers at him. He didn't just pour flour on me even though I did the same. Isn't he supposed to be the mature one in this relationship? Putting on a poker face. "Mature much!" I said and walked away from him, pretending to be angry. Time for acting! "Come on babe, you can't ..." This book is amazing, so y'all BETTER TRY IT OUT!

I stood there leaning against the door for a second. Then screams reached my ear. I looked to where it came from and saw a girl at the other end of the hall laying on the ground with a gaping hole in her stomach. Three other students had ripped away at the girl's insides and were chewing it up. One paused for a second and looked up at me. He stood up and I panicked. I knew him. He was in my chorus class. August was his name. He had blond, curly hair, blue eyes, and was probably the tallest person in the entire school. August opened his now bloody mouth and let out a screech that sent chills down my spine. He leaped over the other two cannibals and the now dead girl and broke into a sprint. As soon as he leaped I had also started running. I made it out of the 300 hall and hid behind the vending machine that stood at the entrance of the hall. Seconds later, August was standing just inches from me. He looked around and I stayed as quiet and still as I possibly could. I didn't even breathe. After what seemed like years of waiting, August turned back toward the dead girl and walked out if sight. I stayed where I was for a little bit longer until my lungs demanded I start breathing again. Directly in front of me was the library and cafeteria. To the right of the cafeteria was the auditorium and the music hall. "If I could just make it to the chorus room maybe I'll find some of my friends," I thought to myself. I was about to take my first step when I looked down at my shoes. They were brand new and when I walked, they squeaked. I took my shoes off as quietly as I could. I had my Captain America socks on and I knew I'd have to take those off as well. I just couldn't risk slipping. Once my feet were bare I took off in a quiet sprint towards the music hall. How awesome is that cover though!? Lol my dad made it.

wistoragic (adj.) characterized by lingering sadness and nostalgia following the recent end of a great story or series ☆☆☆ The world wasn't supposed to end this way. The news had started to take a dark turn a week ago. It began with reports of a mysterious virus sweeping through cities-a fast-moving illness that caused fever, disorientation, and, in some cases, violent outbursts. You thought about the first day you realized something was wrong-really wrong. A video on social media had gone viral: a man in a hospital gown staggering through a busy street, his head lolling unnaturally to one side. He'd grabbed a woman at random and sunk his teeth into her shoulder, blood spraying across the pavement as people screamed and ran. The video had been dismissed as a hoax at first, some 3D rendering. Maybe they were filming a movie and didn't notify the mayor or governor. Even you had doubted it. But now, the memory of that video made your hands shake. ☆☆☆ bakugou x reader zombie apocalypse au • quirkless au ☆☆☆ please keep in mind that this was a voted on story. if things go back and forth, it's because people voted for that!
