So I moonlight as a scientist in real life. Writing my fanfictions has helped me reclaim writing in a creative versus technical sense. (But all scientists are storytellers! We just tell stories about natural history and science in the miserable format of research publications haha.)

Started writing my first ever fanfic, a saga, as an outlet for my passion and love for James Cameron's Avatar, which hit even harder with the second movie's release. And it REALLY hit quite hard, the first story is 398,000 words and the sequel is over 450,000!

My saga started on AO3 in January, but given its size and scale, I wanted to share it more broadly so more people can enjoy reading it as much as I've enjoyed writing it : )
