~Time Skip to the next morning 11:00 AM~

Everything was ready, Lily and Sam had gotten out of class early (thanks to a handy potion Lily had made that replicated the symptoms of a cold), the boys were far away from the common room for a goose chase, poor peter had fallen right into their trick. Lily had somehow been able to sneak into the boys dorm room and snagged their extra uniforms. "This is pure evil, I absolutely love it." Lily had said.

"You know Lils, everyone thinks your so innocent and kind all the time, I see right through it! Your just as evil as I am." Sam teased. "I wont argue you, I'm just smart enough to not get caught when I'm trying to be evil.". This was a rare sight, the Lily Evans letting lose! Ignoring all the rules for a bit of mindless fun, Sam loved it. Sam had already altered six of the nine uniforms, she had a little less than 30 minutes to finish up, if they hadn't already figured out her tip of the a secret passage way was a scam. "Gosh Lils, they are going to kill us." Sam mumbled. "Oh but it'll be so worth it, just seeing the look on their faces!". "You know, I wont be surprised if Sirius decided to actually wear these, hes very stubborn. Merlin knows none of the girls would care, they gawk at him like hes royalty." Sam said. "Its not the girls hes trying to impress!".

"What do you mean?" Sam asked. "Really Sam? Its clear to anyone who has eyes he likes Remus!". Sam was shocked, she had never thought about it, but now that she was... It was pretty obvious, "Clear to anyone but them is is?" she asked, Lily simply laughed and nodded. She couldn't help smile at the thought, they would be a amazing couple..

"Ok they are done!" Sam announced. "Absolutely beautiful, a bit short, but it'll do!" Lily giggled.

The girls had bribed a first year to put the uniforms back in the boys dorm, in return they promised to give him enough chocolate frogs to last a month. All the girls had to do now is sit back and relax since neither of them had anymore classes for the day.

Lily and Sam walked over to the bookshelf in the common room and began to browse, looking for anything to pass the time with. Sam could feel eyes burning into her every now and then but didn't dare ask why, Lily was a bit too brutally honesty with Sam and she wasn't really in the mood. "So.... Marlene?" Lily asked suddenly. "What about Marlene?" Sam said continuing to look through the books. "Isn't she your... Neverminded, I just got the wrong idea." Lily said looking away. Sam looked up from the book she was skimming through, "What's that supposed to mean?". Lily didn't look up, instead grabbing a book and sitting on the couch infront of the fireplace.

"Lily, what's that supposed to mean?" Sam asked sitting down next to her. Lily sighed, "I just thought you two were together, I'm sorry! Its just the way she looked at you, I guess I had the wrong idea.." Lily mumbled, looking back to her book. Sam was shocked, Marlene wasnt... Sam wasnt... Were they? "Are you serious?".

"No I'm Lily," She replied with a cheeky grin, Sam glared at her. "Sorry not the time I guess, but yes. I really thought you two dated and didn't tell me!". "Lils, if I were dating Marlene I would've told you, and I'm not saying your completely wrong... I've just never been with a girl, and I'm scared the Marlene wont feel the same way.." Sam confided. Lily had already known that Samantha had different feelings towards girls, the same she had towards boys and had accepted her, although it was confusing for her to understand at first it never changed the girls friendship.

"Trust me, I'm quite sure she does." Lily said grabbing her friends hand and giving it a squeeze. Sam had a lot to think about, she's never been with a girl so how does she know if she likes them? What if she doesn't and she ends up hurting Marlene! But Sam knew she couldn't hide the fact that whenever she saw Marlene her stomach would do somersaults, or when her innocent flirting made Sam blush so much she had to leave the room, leaving Sam asking one question "Is this as innocent as I think it is?"
