Chapter 8

A/N: I hope this SUPER long chapter makes up for missing a few days, I was at sisters for xmas and didn't have internet. I hope everyone had a good Christmas! I love you guys!

The prank was executed perfectly, Sam couldn't of been happier with herself. At the moment the were sitting in Charms and the only Gryffindor's missing were the four Mauraders. "I'm kind of surprised they don't know spells to fic their uniform." Marlene whispered to Samantha. "Wait, there were spells for that?" Sam asked. "Yes? Isn't that how you did it?" Marlene asked, looking confused. "No! I used my sewing machine..". "Really Bunny? Thats comical. I can teach you one later if you want?" Marlene offered. Samantha smiled at her, nodding. 

The door to the charms classroom had opened and most eyes turned to look who it was, of course there stood the four boys, in their newly altered uniforms. Sirius was beaming, and winking at most who caught his eye. James looked awfully arrogant for someone in his position, Peter was sulking a bit behind his three taller counterparts, and Remus looked ready too kill, it was obvious he hated this prank the most. "Oh dear god." Lily whispered from behind Marlene and Sam. "Its a repeat of third year! With the dresses." Alice giggled. 

Most students looked at the Mauraders in shock, some girls were fawning, and others looked to be horrified, including Professor Flitwick. "I- No- Boys! You cant be wearing those!" Flitwick told them. "Why not? Its technically still our uniform." James asked. "Or what's left of it.." Remus murmured glaring at Sam. She grinned at Remus, who quickly looked away. "No, those 'uniforms' are not up to code! You all need to change." Flitwick told the boys. "Is it because of the skirts? I thought we looked quite nice in them." Sirius asked. Some laughed and Flitwick just looked embarrassed. "Out!" he yelled at the boys. All four grabbed their bags and walked towards the door. "Go to your head of house for new uniforms." Flitwick told them, rubbing his head.

Samantha was very pleased with her prank.

Most of the boys had refrained from talking to Sam, rare but not like it hasn't happened before. All this truly meant is that they were planning something they knew would strike a nerve, the one who would talk to Samantha was Sirius who had seemed to actually find the prank funny.

She was sitting at the Gryffindor table in the Great Hall with her usual friends when Sirius sat next to her. "Lily said you wanted to talk, what's up lovely." He said to her. "So about my last prank-". "Don't say anything about it! Cant change what you did now, just ignore the other blokes. They just don't know how fashionable we looked.".

Sam starred at him "Well thats not what I was meaning, I wanted to tell you lot something." "Yes?" he responded. "I'm done with the pranks, it just seems to be a bit... boring.. now." She had to force the words out of her mouth. "I want to focus on my exams, and cant really do that now, so I'm done, I surrender."  Sirius' jaw dropped. Sam was a very stubborn, determined girl, so much so it was surprising she wasnt in Slytherin. "I mean sure.. Ill tell James, I guess." He got up with a shocked expression and walked back over to his friends, who began to pester him about his and Sams conversation. 

Sam watched the boys as Sirius told them Sams news, all four were now looking over at her confused. The four boys got up from their seats, and sat next to Sam. "Is this some dumb joke? Its not funny." James asked. "Nope. You win, what's the terms of surrender?". James was confused to say the least, Remus was just staring her down looking for a reason why she would end it so suddenly. "So you really want to do this?" Remus asked, Sam nodded. "Fine, you owe us 5 galleons, and if we ever need help with pranks you have to help, no matter what.".  "Is that really what we chose in first year? Surprising. Is that all?" Samantha asked. Remus looked at the other boys who nodded, he shrugged at her "Seems so."
