Her mouth tasted bitter. She hated it, clearly the contrive had been unsuccessful once again. Before her eyes opened, she already knew where she was. The feeling was all too familiar. When they finally opened the tubes and wires all connected to her came to view, her pale skin was paler than usual slightly even bluish. The door opened and her therapist entered, taking a seat beside her bed. she began to study Desire carefully before speaking.
"What's your name?"
"Haynes. Desire Haynes"
"Where do you live?"
"I move around"
"Your guardian's name?"
Desire smiled. She knew how much she hated the 'parent' word and Dr. Posey had taken that to clear consideration.
"Mrs Orianna Haynes"
Elizabeth lifted her head from her notebook to look at the young girl in front of her, her eyes were filled with disappointment not anger or fear or pity. She thought she had at least a certain point in their relationship that when Desire had such a issue, she could rely to her but no. They weren't.
"Do you remember how you got here?"
Desire looked her therapist squarely, they both knew the answer to her question. She didn't.
"You were found at the school. Few students brought you were, they are outside waiting for you to wake up. Would like to see them? Or maybe appreciate them?"
If she wanted to see the selfish kids who decided to cut her little swim short?
"No"
"Okay. I'd let them know your not yet awake that they could go home" She replied up and turned to leave before desire called out to her.
"Yes?"
"Does she know?"
Elizabeth simply nodded. Desire hesitated to continue but she did anyways.
"Is she here?"
Elizabeth didn't hesitate before shaking her head and left the room leaving Desire alone with her ravaging thoughts.

Desire knocked for the sixth time either the inmates of this apartment where deaf, incompetent or just lazy. Laziness was something she detested and if she was being honest she detested alot of things. She was picky and she knew, hence the past seventeen houses she had rejected following this one.
A red haired guy opens door shirtless and wet, her ears immediately begin to hurt cause of the music playing inside was deafening, without saying a word to the red haired guy she steps in. She looks around and an empty fish tank caught her eye, she step towards it and runs her slim fingers through the cool glass. Turning around to the sitting room they were two cigar-boxes on the centre table meaning they smoked, she had no problem with smoking although they affected her eyes if she was in close contact with the smoker. She scanned again books were on the dining table with two hot cups of liquid on the table the urge to place a hot-pad under them overcame her before the door barged open.
"Hello, your Desire right? Sorry if I'm late" The girl who entered with a nylon bag filled with water and a golden fish, she was the one Desire spoke with over the phone, her bubbly voice was unmistakable. She approached her and stretched the her hand for a hand shake which Desire hurriedly responded to and stuffed her hands back into her coat. All the girls fingers each had a different colour of nail polish, she wore striped stockings with a huge bratz t-shirt.
"Yes" She replied.
"It's nice to meet you. Kiara isn't around right now but this is your room..." The blonde girl walked to a door and opened the room.
"I'm Madeline. We didn't really introduce ourselves tho, that was my boyfriend Scott. Sorry if he was a bit.. rude."
She shook my head and asked the question really bothering her.
"Is the music always this loud?"
The blonde girl laughed but this wasn't funny to Desire, she was clearly high and wasn't taking things seriously.
"Kinda. But rooms are quite sound proof" She opened and closed the doors to demonstrate and they actually were.
"You can call me Maddy too. Here are your keys settle in, any questions I'll be in the living room" Madeline hands desire the keys and jogs off. Desire wasn't even sure of she was going to pick this place, She was marked with anxious uneasiness, emotionally unstable and probably mentally unbalanced but at least she was trying that was what her therapist always said. Keep trying.
She inhaled deeply.
The next few days were busy for her. The cleaning part was hard because the last person who lived there decided it was a good idea to leave gum anywhere their hands find them. She cursed so many times she couldn't count, Madeline decided to help her settle in.
Madeline and Kiara threw a party atleast twice a week. She was cool with it although she'd never attend parties weren't her scene. That was all that mattered. She had people who would knock on her door countless times maybe to puke or make out, but they'd leave when they notice the door wasn't going to open after countless attempts.
Madeline Wright studied sociology or something like that she clearly wasn't interested in school. Clearly. She was from a wealthy family and an only child, she loved her family but she wanted to be a strip club owner or pimptress, as she calls them. She plans to finish school and run one secretly. Her and Scott have dated for three years. How Desire knows all these in just a few days she had no idea. Madeline talks so much it's hard not to know.
Kiara, not so much. By the amount of women that come in and leave their front door; Desire noted she was clearly a player and a good one at that plus she isn't so fond of her. She was attractive, outspoken but she seemed difficult.
Honestly, she didn't care anyway she had never been the one to make or keep friends so she didn't mind not talking to either Kiara or Madeline.
She just needed to get out of here as fast as she possibly can.
