Chapter 5: Siblings

Max got on her bike and peddled quickly to Mike's house and started to get excited about seeing her best friend again, She arrived and knocked on the door.

"Max! You're he-"
"Where is she!!" Max said cutting off Lucas.
"MAX!" Eleven said as she jumped from her seat and hugged her.
"Eleven I missed you like crazy!" Max said.
"Me too..." El said smiling.
"Okay so Max we've all been getting letters with pictures of Hopper in them" Mike explained.
"Wait- I have too!!" Max said in confusion.
"Holy shit you have?" Robin said.
"Well this proves Robins theory!" Steve said as he got up.
"What theory?" Max asked.
"Well, We think Hopper might be alive..." She explained.
"Does that mean Billy could be alive?" Max asked as her eyes lit up.
"Max, I'm sorry but we saw him die" Mike said.
"Right..." Max said in a sad voice.
"But where could he be?" Dustin wondered.
"The lab has something to do with this I know it!!" Mike said.
"But the lab is abandoned?" Eleven muttered.

Everyone was looking at each other and Joyce, Will and Eleven were confused.

"There's something else we haven't explain..." Steve said.
"I'm listening!" Will said.
"Dr. Brenner is alive... and he's testing more children..." Robin said.
"What the hell?" Joyce said in disbelief.
"And we don't know how but Steve tried to take us and kill us last night but he remembers none of it!" Robin said.
"Clone" Eleven whispered.
"What?" Mike asked.
"Wilson" She said again quietly, her face was as white as a ghost.
"Wilson? Who's Wilson?" Joyce asked.
"Where you inside the lab?" Eleven questioned.
"Yes we were, we snook in and went through a vent thing and down a long tunnel" Lucas said.
"Oh my god!" Eleven whispered.
"Eleven who's Wilson" Max asked.
"Wilson is my brother..." she explained.
"Shit-" Dustin said.
"He can turn himself into someone else... that's his ability... he must've turned into Steve!!" Eleven stuttered.
"Your real brother?" Mike asked.
"No, like Kali - all of us there were brothers and sisters"
"We should break in again" Nancy suggested.
"I don't think that's a good idea" Eleven argued.
"Why not?" Dustin asked.
"If I had my powers back we could go but we cannot go unarmed!" Eleven stated.
"She's right that would be ridiculous!" Nancy said.
"Your powers still aren't back?" Max asked.
"Yeah but there was one time when a glass cup moved from the counter but then again it was windy and the door was open..." she said in disappointment.
"I'm sure they'll come back El!" Mike said trying to make conversation with her, she smiled at him.
"We can make weapons!! Remember we defeated the mind flayer with fireworks and slingshots!!" Lucas said trying to convince everyone to go.
"That's true..." Will said.
"El, I believe in you - and when we go, I know your powers will come through and we will get to the bottom of this!" Max said confidently.

she didn't mean a word of it, She just thought if she said that she would give El the confidence she needs and maybe her powers will come back.
Eleven looked at Max and it just brought a smile to her face, it definitely worked.

"When we were there, there was so many guards and men there. We're gonna need to be quiet and careful, We need to find information and we need to get Kate out of there" Nancy said.
"Kate? Oh my god..." El questioned.
"She's your sister?" Joyce asked.
"She was the one who convinced me to escape!!" Eleven explained.
"We need to get her out of there! Who knows what they're doing to her" Robin said.
"Wait where did Erica go?" Dustin asked.
"I'm here, I've been listening and I was thinking, we buy guns and call that bald guy to help us!" She said.
"Murray?" Joyce questioned.
"Yeah him, he will definitely know what to do!" Erica replied.
"He had to relocate and he lives miles away!!" Joyce said.
"Do you want to see if your boyfriend is alive or not?" Erica asked.
"Hey! Hopper is not my boyfriend, he is just a very close friend!! But yes... I do..." she said.
"Then I would suggest we go to his house and get him to help us" Erica said sassing her.
"Erica! Stop being so rude!" Lucas said.
"Shut up buttface I'm helping"
"Well you don't need to be so rude!!" He said.

She rolled her eyes.

They decided that Nancy and Steve would go to buy guns and everyone else would stay home and try to make a plan.
Eleven walked into Mikes basement and got flashbacks from when they first met, the blanket fort in the corner and eating chips and eggos all day. It was almost like a nostalgic feeling.

"El!" Max said.
"Oh hey, we haven't even had a chance to catch up" El said as she wiped the tear off her face, she felt different... she was looking at Max differently and she didn't know what was going on.
"How's California?" Max asked.
"Yeah it's good it-... I like Hawkins better" she said.
"Yeah I've really missed you, I've been the only girl again" she laughed.
"Haha! I bet it's been annoying, how's Mike by the way?" she asked.
"Oh he's good, he was really nervous to see you and he talks about you all the time!" She explained.
"He does?..." she said in shock, she hadn't really been thinking about him, surprisingly she didn't really miss him.
"Do you talk about him all the time?" She asked.
"Oh! Yeah al- all the time!" She hesitated...
