Chapter 6: Episodes

Everyone stayed the night at Mike and Nancy's house since the night before everyone came Ted, Karen and Holly went to visit their Grandma in Louisiana.
Max woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, but she felt a little funny. Everything was blurry and it just didn't feel right.
"Eleven?..." She said rubbing her eyes.

There was a strange noise and she turned around as fast as she could.

"Hello?" She said, her heart was beating so fast.
"Maxxxxx" A faint whisper said.
"HELLO?" Max screamed, She was panicking and her voice was echoing. She went upstairs and saw what looked light little snow flakes, it was really dark and she thought she was hallucinating because it looked like it was thundering inside.
"Somebody please??!!" She said sobbing.

Max squealed and jumped out of her skin because she felt someone grab her shoulders.

"HUH- Oh my god Mike you scared me!!" Max said breathing heavily.
"Why are you awake and what are you doing?" He whispered.
"You didn't see the sn-.... snow?" She stuttered, she noticed it was back to normal.
"Snow? Why would it snow inside?" He asked.
"I don't know it was like someone was talking to me, I heard someone say my name" she explained.

Will was standing outside the door of the basement listening, he knew what was wrong with Max. She had an episode.

"You can't tell anybody about this... okay?" Max said grabbing Mike's arm.
"Ow! Yes I understand!" He replied.
"Thank you..."
Will heard them walking back towards the door and he rushed back down the stairs to his sleeping bag.

The next day Max woke up to Will's face to hers.

"WILL- YOU SCARED M-"
"Shhhh!!" He said covering her mouth-"Come with me"
"Okay?" She said.

They went upstairs into Mike's kitchen and Will seemed nervous.

"Max, last night I heard you and Mike..." He said.
"Oh my god do you think I'm crazy? What's wrong with me!" She asked, she was freaking out.
"Max calm down!! You... you had an episode" He explained.
"Like- what happened to you when you... oh my god!!" She started freaking out.
"Max it's okay!" He said.
"No it's not! What's wrong with me!!" She looked like she was about to cry.
"We can fix this... I won't tell the others, don't worry!" He said putting his arm on her shoulder.
She smiled.

Meanwhile in the lab Kate was in her cell and she was crying. She was thinking about Max and how they could've saved her but she ran away. She regretted running off.
If you didn't know Kate's powers are Invisibility and making people hear things.
When Eleven escaped Kate went with her but unfortunately Kate got caught but Eleven didn't notice because she was running so fast.

She heard someone unlock her door, it was Dr. Brenner.

"Good morning" He greeted.
"Hi Papa" She replied with a shaky voice.
"Why did you escape from me princess?" He asked.
"I-... I don't know Papa" She whispered.
"Well I know you won't do it again, but it's time for lunch" He said.
She got up and walked with Dr. Brenner to the cafeteria.

Hi! I'm so sorry this is shorter than the usual chapters but I have everything planned out and it might take a while for the next few chapters to come out because my school has opened and I have less time to work on the script. Hope you understand and thank you for reading.
