chapter sixteen

"diana wake up. mum wants to say goodbye to everyone, including you!" i heard a faint voice say in my ear.

i slowly opened my eyes to see a ginger boy with messed up hair towering over me. i slowly pulled myself up as i put my hair in a bun.

"good morning beautiful." george said as he kissed my forehead. "come on. mum made breakfast and she's leaving in 10 minutes and she will be upset if the love of my life isn't down stairs. so get your pants on a get a move on."

i suddenly began aware of my attire and grabbed a shirt and pants. "shit shit shit." i said to myself as i rushed around my room looking for the sweatshirt george loaned me. "no where is it." i said as i looked under each and every kook and cranny in my room.

i finally found it and pulled it over me. as i stumbled out of my room with barely the sweatshirt on me i ran into fred. "oh good lord. sorry i didn't see you i was just trying to say bye to molly before she left." i said as i slammed into fred.

"blimey, erm it's not problem, but i should get going." fred said kind of awkwardly before tumbling down the burrow hallway. "jesus what was that." i said to myself as i finally stood up and started walking down the stairs,

once i finally made it downstairs molly was on her way out before i stopped her. "wait! wait! i'm awake, don't leave!" i shouted kind of loud trying to get her attention.

"oh love come here." molly said walking towards me. she pulled me into a hug and kissed my forehead. "if angelina gives you any problems, owl me." she said quietly to me.

"oh you know i will." i said as i pulled away from her tight hug. i watched as molly and arthur left right next to george laying my head on his lower chest.

once they were out of earshot rang ginny stepped up. "okay everyone, plan for tonight: sit around the fire and play truth or dare. with Veritaserum of course." once she said Veritaserum i felt my heart drop and stood closer to george.

"okay!" a few people said in unison. but i kept my mouth shut. i glanced over at fred and met his eyes. i turned my eyes away from his and up at george. "hey love you okay?" george said looking down at me with a knowing stare.

"yes of course. i'm just gonna miss your mom." i said lying through my teeth. not about missing molly, but being okay. in reality i was afraid.

after we made the plans we gathered around the table and ate breakfast, which ended faster than it started because everyone wanted to go back to bed.

i laid myself on my bed and crawled back into bed and pulled the sweatshirt off of me. soon george came back to bed and came up closer to me. he crossed his arms over his head and let me lay on his chest.

"so how did you sleep last night."  i jokingly said to george. "very. very. good. you are a very comfortable sleeping partner. especially when you laid on top of me" george said before i blushed myself out. 

"sorry love. i don't mean to be annoying." i said to george as i looked up at him. "who said you were annoying? i also liked when you put your hand down my pants. that's was nice." george said in return.

"wait i did what! is this one of your jokes because that isn't funny weasley.." i pulled myself up and tried not to stare at him. him with her fluffy orange hair all over, him with his golden eyes that light up for the sun. him with his freckles scattered around his face and chest. i failed.

"okay no you didn't. but i wish you had." he said as he pulled me down with him on his chest. "hey diana." he said looking up at my ceiling. "when is it too early to purpose."

i felt my heart speed up and stomach fill with butterflies. "never."

i buried myself into his chest and closed my eyes. i felt him take a deep breath. he took a handful of my hair and ran his fingers through it. stopping at each not and skipping it not wanting to hurt me.

"george." i said silently. "yes?".  "i love you more and more every day." he planted a kiss on my head and put his head on mine.

then we fell asleep on top of each other.

"hey! love birds wake up!" ginny said standing over us with hermione ron and harry. "hey let them sleep." hermione said bumping ginny. "too late." i said loudly so everyone could hear me.

"oh shit we having a party in diana's room?" fred said poking his head in the door frame. "uh- diana and george look asleep."

"yeah, that's because we are." george said in his raspy voice that made my heart skip a beat. i opened my eyes to see everyone looking down at us. "come on guys. lunch is coming soon and someone still has to get Veritaserum so i suggest everyone get up and we send d and george to diagon ally." ginny said rather bossy.

"okay okay i'm up." george said sitting up. i closed my eyes in hope to get george's attention. "nope. i'm going back to bed." i said sinking back into bed.

george grabbed my hand and tried pulling me. "babe. come on and get up." he said still pulling on my arm. "nope, nope. it's too early." i said silently so he wouldn't hear my morning voice.

"d, it's 2 pm" harry said with ron chuckling in the back. i slowly sat up and signaled them to leave the room. my head felt like it was pounding out of my head and everyone one by one left. "nope. not you george. come over here love."

george landed on my bed and leaned over to talk to me. "so i'm thinking. when we go to diagon ally we should probably g-" i said before my sentence dropped at the feeling of his lips on mine.

he held my face and dived into my lips. i ran my fingers through his hair and felt his hands on my back. sliding down my exposed back. each vain on his hand poked my back. i felt myself let out a small, silent moan as he fell off my lips.

still on my bottom lip i pulled him closer to me making him tower slightly over me. his hands all around my waist making it up to my breast.

and then i woke up.
