impossible - George Weasley (discontinued)

chapter ten.

as I got back up to my dorm room I fattened myself on the bed and began to play with my hair slightly before hearing large pounds coming up the stairs.

I sat up and  heard a heavy knock. "leave me alone." I said clearing my throat.

"no, i'm sorry. please talk to me, its george." the voice said in a low manner. i got up and started walking towards the door

"you dont need to apologize you know that right?" I said opening the door to see him standing at the door looking down.

"yes I do. it's my fault fred did that, I knew it would happen." he said taking my hand. George wasn't under the truth serum. since he took it a minute ahead of me I was still blurting everything out.

"I just cant believe fred did that. at this point I could never forgive him. hes gone too far." I said laying on my bed again.

"maybe you should cut him some slack. I mean he was under a truth serum. its not like he could lie." he said standing over me.

I sat up and pushed myself away from him on the bed. "I dont believe you are sticking up for him. after all hes put our relationship through. hes done nothing but hurt and cause trouble." I said staring him in the eyes.

I noticed something off about his eye color. they were brighter than they usually were. but I brushed it off.

"have you ever even thought about it. he loves you." he said fidgeting his fingers around each other.

"but george, I finally found someone I love and he goes and tries to ruin it." I said pushing my hair back.

"you love him.." he said making a face while walking backwards towards the door.

"what are you talking about." I said standing up. closing in towards him. "who is him?"

"george! you love george! but I was here for you first!" he said with his face getting red from anger.

"fred! are you fucking kidding me. you know better than this you asshole! why would you do this to me if you "love" me!!" I said with my eyes tearing up and my face growing red.

"but, you have to listen to me-" fred said before I cut him off.

"no, I dont wanna hear it! get out! I mean it!" I said going closer towards the door pulling  it open.

"no.. please listen to me." he said with tears coming into his eyes.

"I said get out!" I said pulling him by his collar out the door. "dont try to speak to me ever again!" I said as I slammed the door in his face.

I collapsed on the ground just infront of the door and felt myself become sick. I pulled myself up onto the door and put my head between my legs.

"im sorry diana.. I didnt mean to." fred said softly. I could hear him turn around and walk down the stairs.

at that moment everything was quiet. the room lit by one single lamp. already on its last few seconds.

I looked around the room slowly. as the fire went out everything became cold and dark. until I fell asleep.
