It has been a few months since you joined the BAU. You've been on a few cases already and you loved it, going out in the field and being able to put the unsubs behind bars. Well most of them. Others would usually end up being suicide by cop.
You ended up getting closer to the team and you've been hanging out with them except for Hotch and Gideon when you weren't at work. The one person you've been spending the most time with was Spencer. You two became inseparable over the course of the few months. You also started to develop feelings for him. You didn't want to, but you ended up falling for him. You weren't even supposed to be friends with him anymore per the letter you got but you didn't listen. You just hoped that the man didn't know that you were getting closer to Spencer.
"Okay, tell me, when was your first kiss?" You asked, giving Spencer a truth as you were playing truth or dare with him.
"Um, college." Spencer lied, and you could tell by the look on his face from profiling him, even though you weren't supposed to.
"You're lying! I can see it in your face!" You exclaimed, pointing at him then laughed.
"I thought we said no profiling during the game!" Spencer yells out, hands in the air. You giggled some more as you admitted that you broke the rules.
"I'm guessing you've never had your first kiss." You said to him and he shrugged, silently admitting it.
"Ha! Wait, how have you never had one?!" You asked him, stunned to know that he never did in fact have his first kiss.
"I don't know.. I guess I was too busy studying for school. I never really thought about girls and relationships," He says to you as he grabs his glass of water and he leans back into your couch, taking a sip from his glass.
"Do you think about it now?" You asked, curious to know, crossing your legs on the sofa and getting more comfortable.
"From time to time.. But, I'm mostly busy with our job. You know how much it takes to work at the BAU. Hypothetically, if you never worked at the BAU but you and I were dating, how would you feel if I was away all the time?" He asks you and you took a few minutes to think about it.
"Yeah, I don't think we would last that long," you answered him and he gave a look that he made a good point.
"But, I'm in the BAU. To be honest, I'd rather date someone in the BAU because they would understand what our job is like," you explained, giving him your opinion.
"Alright, truth or dare?" Spencer asks suddenly, dismissing the topic for a second.
"Truth. I'm not picking dare after the last one." You answered, grimacing from the dare he gave you a few minutes ago.
"If you had to choose, who would you date in the BAU?" He asks, taking another sip from his glass.
"Hmm.." You hummed in response then trailed off to think about it, but the answer you gave him was not what both you and him expected, "You".
