Ahyma and the boy continued to walk through the forest in the direction of the nearest town which the boy said he needed to get back too.
They continued to talk to one another about their shinobi life and their homes. Ahyma didn't tell the boy a lot and really didn't have to tell a lot about herself, because the boy just rambled on about his dream of becoming Hokage and his arch nemesis Sasuke.
When he mentioned Sasukes name, Ahyma knew exactly who he was talking about. He didn't even mention the last name of Sasuke, but just from the way he described Sasuke and how cold and distant the boy was from the rest of his squad. Ahyma knew that the boy was talking about Sasuke Uchiha, one of the last remaining members of the wiped out Uchiha clan. Sasuke went from being a warm and bubbly kid who loved his big brother,Itachi, more than anything. To a cold and distant kid and wanting to kill his brother in order to avenge his clan.
Ahyma wondered when she would see her friend again.
"Oh and sneaky woman," The boy suddenly said which snapped Ahyma out of her thoughts.
"I forgot to ask what your name was, honestly the name sneaky woman is getting annoying to say." The boy asked while looking directly at her
Ahyma looked taken aback, wondering if she should lie or say her real name. After all, she was on the run.
"Ahyma." She said flatly, and the boy grinned up at her.
"Naruto, the names Naruto Uzumaki." He said more cheerfully.
Ahyma stopped so suddenly in her tracks that Naruto stumbled to stop himself. He turned around and gave Ahyma a confused glance,
"Ahyma? are you ok?" The boys voice faded as flashbacks hit Ahyma like she was being pelted with stones.
