Secrets and Truths

Chapter 8

Naruto and Ahyma walked up the steps of the wooden two story building. It wasn't the nicest building that's Ahymas seen, but it was one of the nicest in the poor town that Naruto was currently staying in.

The houses in the small village were in desperate need of a whole remodeling. Paint was peeling off, some windows were cracked, and overall it was sad to look at.

Three times on Ahyma's walk little kids walked up to Ahyma and clutched at her pant leg. Begging for some money or food, the poor kids looked so pathetic that it really tugged on Ahymas heart strings.

She usually wasn't the friendliest to little kids, they were annoying, cried for no reason, and left you sleep deprived. Ahyma had to thank her brother for the view she had on those little devils. But that all went out the window when little kids looked so depressed and desperate, that Ahyma couldn't help but feel pity for them.

Ahyma would give them a few coins, enough to buy a thing of fruits to not only feed themselves. But their family too, Ahyma knew she wouldn't feel guilty about giving her money away because of the look on the kids faces. Their eyes would go wide and a huge smile would cross their face, they would give Ahyma a bear hug and run off with a happy aura going around them.

Looks like money can buy happiness

Ahyma was thinking about all of that while Naruto knocked on the wooden door. Ahyma adjusted her once laid back pose and switched to a more serious one. Her facial expressions went blank, and the once smile that was on her face while she was teasing Naruto was replaced with a emotionless one.

If her clan taught her one thing, it was to trust nobody. Don't give into someone right away just because someone you trust trusts them. Always be on alert no matter what.

Ahyma lived by that, when she ran into Naruto in the woods. She didn't show a lot of emotion on her face, but her actions like throwing Naruto in the tree really expressed her gratitude to being called flat.

"Oh come on Ahyma." Naruto said as he took notice in Ahymas sudden change in mood.

"They're nice people don't be such a grouch, after all I HAVE to introduce you to my sensei."
Naruto giggled which caused Ahyma's eyebrow to shoot up. He never giggles, it's more of a chuckle than everything.

What was he planning that little shit,

Before she could question Naruto's sudden suspicion , the door opened.

So this is my first authors note. So if you're reading this i'm guessing you're enjoying the story so far.

I just wanted to ask a few questions to those few people who are reading this.

I hope I'm making Narutos character accurate. If it's one thing, i want to make sure that all the characters have accurate personalities to the anime. Let me know if i need to change anything about any of the characters.

Also,
I'm trying to explore and test out Ahymas character. To me so far, she keeps to herself and gives off a calm yet serious attitude at first. But it can be quickly broken because she opens up way to easily. Ahyma is also has a bit of a temper, but it isn't as bad as Tsunade's hehe.
