~~A few minutes later~~
After the whole situation at the front door, Kakashi offered for Ahyma to stay the night. Guessing that she didn't have somewhere to stay, however Ahyma politely declined. Making up an excuse that she had to go visit a friend in the next village over, however Naruto kept begging for Ahyma to stay over."Pleaseeeee Ahyma-Chan, please just stay ONE night. Pretty pleaseeeee, cmon I have to show you my ninja training!" Naruto whined for the 50th time within a span of an hour.
Ahyma sighed as she rubbed her templates together, clearly frustrated that she hasn't left already and starting to give in to the boy.
Damn it Ahyma, you're better than this.
She really wasn't, when it came to Naruto Ahyma's heart would just melt.
"Fine." Ahyma spat out in mostly annoyance and frustration.
Naruto's eyes lit up as he silently cheered for another victory over Ahyma. She lightly smacked him on the head, telling him not to get ahead of himself.
Naruto muttered some profanity's and walked out of the room while rubbing his head. Ahyma leaned back on the couch with a huge sigh.
What did I do to deserve this?
Ahyma grumbled to herself for a bit before remembering her new book she bought.
She wasn't really a reader, mostly due to the fact that Ahyma had to read scroll after scroll about her clans history. Along with knowing how to control the power she had and her dōjutsu. So Ahyma didn't really bother to read books because it reminded her of a sore back and nights of impossible sleep. But when she quickly read a page of this random book she picked up at a local book stand,Ahyma was hooked.
She bought all the copies(Which was only a few) and has been reading them since. Why she liked these types of books? Ahyma didn't know, it's just that reading the books made her feel all giddy and weird. As much as she hates to admit it to herself, those Icha Icha books were her guilty pleasure.
If her mom ever found out she read those novels, Ahyma would be doomed. Plus everyone knew what those books were about, so it was embarrassing for Ahyma to read them out in public. So, she bought a black book cover to keep the brightly colored books hidden. So she could read them whenever she wanted, it was amazing.
Ahyma pulled out the book and flipped it open to the marked chapter, she had some parts of the book marked when it was the... Fun parts. Ahyma would come back to those parts whenever she needed an escape. And oh boy it was like an antidote to Ahyma as much as she hated that it made her feel that way.
As she read a page at a time as she progressed in the book, she felt her cheeks flush as the characters had their... Cute moments.
She was so engrossed in the book that she didn't notice someone standing behind her. Peering down into the book the woman was reading, he didn't need to read two sentences to figure out what she was reading. Nor did he need to look at the woman's flushed face.
"Nice book isn't it?" Kakashi whispered into her ear.
Ahyma let out a startled yelp as she slammed the book shut and turned around to glare at Kakashi. He looked unfazed but Ahyma saw the curves of his lips into a smirk through his mask.
She quickly recovered herself as she sat up straighter and changed her expression into a bored one.
"Yes, the book is quite nice indeed."
Kakashi tilted his head to the side, he knew damn well what book you were reading. But he continued to tease Ahyma.
"What book where you reading? You seemed pretty into it." Kakashi asked casually while trying to keep the knowing out of his voice.
Ahyma tried her best to keep her face from turning red in embarrassment. This man knew what she was reading, he's just playing dumb.
"Just a book I picked up at a random stand."
Kakashi narrowed his eyes,
"I don't want to know where you got it, I want to know What book it is." Kakashi said lowly as he leaned closer to Ahyma, who leaned back a tad bit. Confused on where this was going,
When she didn't respond Kakashi repeated himself.
"What book is it?" He whispered as he leaned even closer. To the point where Ahyma could see his pupil in his dark eye,
"I...It's just a.." But before she could finish Kakashi snatched the book out of her lap, his hand brushing her inner thigh for a split second before retracting back with the book.
Ahyma snapped out of her trance when she saw her book in Kakashi's hand.
"HEY WHAT THE FUCK." Ahyma yelped as she leaped over the couch armrest and started to chase Kakashi around the living room.
Mid run he started to peel the book cover off, and when Ahyma noticed. A rush of panic surged through her, if he told Naruto. The boy would never leave her alone, she could hardly handle him without him knowing this information.
Ahyma sent chakra to her feet to give herself a boost as she walked quickly ran on the walls. Once shoulder to shoulder with Kakashi, she sent a sudden burst of chakra to her feet that launched herself to the man.
Kakashi felt her presence, but before he could dodge. He felt the woman slam into his side, knocked him flat off balance. Kakashi and Ahyma fell roughly to the ground as they both landed with a loud thud and crash.
Ahyma felt herself land on something rather soft and firm, she let out a groan thinking about how dumb she was to chase Kakashi Hatake around the living room over a book.
What the hell
Ahyma opened her eyes only to meet a singular black one, that's when it suddenly hit her on what position she was in. Ahyma quickly scrambled to her feet, accidentally hitting poor Kakashi with her knee right in his manhood.
The man let out a Oofmph as the sudden force in a sensitive area was unpredictable.
"Ugh, watch the goods sweetheart." Kakashi mumbled as he sat up on his elbows right when Ahyma snatched her book up a few feet away.
She turned and glared at the man in annoyance before turning away with a snort.
"Watch your actions next time, otherwise your manhood will be no more." Ahyma hummed as she skipped out of the room. Leaving Kakashi's brain running to what she meant, along with his sudden actions to the woman.
Why did he do that?
