3rd Person's POV

Junhwi paced back and forth inside Tigers' Den's deserted meeting room.

"Just where the hell are they?" He muttered under his breath.

The door suddenly opened revealing a maid, Junhwi stopped pacing at once.

"Did you bring her to the room?" He asked,

"Yes, Young Master. I already did, like how you asked me to." Sora answered, keeping her gaze to the carpeted floor.

Junhwi nodded at her before pacing nervously once again.

"I thought Jeonghan and Hoshi will bring the heiress back...but where are they? The heiress is already here but they're missing," He muttered again to himself, brows furrowed in deep concentration,

"Also, where is Rica and Dani? The 3Lees? Do you know where they are?" Junhwi turned his head towards Sora so fast his neck cracked.

"Young Lady Rica made everyone join her to the hotsprings on the other side of the planet, Young Master." Sora answered. Still keeping her head low.

Junhwi massaged his temples, feeling his patience running low.
"Those people-- how dare them? What am i supposed to do? The King should be here soon--"

The door opened for the 2nd time, this time a soldier dropped one knee to the floor, showing his respect.

"Young Master Junhwi, we received a signal from King Hoshi to inform you that their arrival will be delayed. Young Master Jeonghan had also wished to tell you that he hope you're having a great time." The soldier spoke loudly.

Junhwi have both of his brows raised, "Delayed??? The arrival was delayed??? What!? Did they know that the Heiress is already here? What the---"

Junhwi held the back of his neck, his blood pressure rising.
"I'm freaking doomed."

Dawn's POV

I woke up to the sunlight hitting my face. Slowly sitting up i looked around at the room.

I nearly forgot where i am.

The door opened revealing Sora. A smile immediately made its way to her lips.

"Good Morning Miss Dawn. The bath is already prepared for you. Here is your towel and robe. Your set of clothes is getting prepared too." She said before helping me up.

"What time is it?" I asked, mind is half asleep. We're walking our way to the bathroom connected to my room.

"It's 9:30 in the morning. We should get you ready before lunch."

I took a bath with the help of Sora and 3 other maids(in which i am very uncomfortable with), they also applied minimal make up that i don't find necessary.

"Lastly, for your dress." Sora held my hand before guiding me back to my bed that is already neatly made.

A plain gold knee-length, long sleeve dress laid on the bed. As well as a pair of gold pump heels.

"Am i...supposed to wear that?" I asked, a mixture of disbelief and awe.

Sora nodded her head, before making her way to the bed, her ankle-length, fitted blue dress swaying behind her.

"Young Master Junhwi would like to talk to you, so we need to get you prepared."

I heaved out a sigh before giving in.

==============

"You look pretty, Miss Dawn."

"Just call me Dawn please. Thank you." I uttered, staring uncomfortably at myself in front of the full body mirror.

The dress fitted nicely to my body but the shoes felt a little painful.

"Let's head out now...Dawn." Sora smiled shyly at me.
"I'm sorry. I've been here for a decade and I never addressed anyone just by their names before." She explained.

I gave her an encouraging smile, "While I'm here, we're friends okay? You're the only one i can talk to so please don't treat me any different. All right?"

I placed my hand on her shoulder. Smiling assuringly. She stared at my hand, then to my eyes, before a smile was drawn to her face.

"If you say so...Dawn. Come on, Young Master Junhwi is waiting." She held my hand before dragging me out of the room with her. Her face looks extra bright.

She brought me out on to the extremely wide grass field. It's the same size as 3 soccer fields, i think you can even fit 5 stadiums here.

I looked around in amazement.

' I've never been to any place with wide grounds before.' i thought to myself.

We continued walking until we reached a big gazebo, decorated with white and red curtains. A very beautiful view of the sea can be seen.

Sora gestured me to occupy the other seat on the table, while the other one is occupied by none other than Junhwi himself.

"Took you so long to get ready. I already had my 3rd glass of champagne." He complained, first thing in the meeting.

"I'm sorry. The grounds is too wide." I explained, making Sora, whose standing behind Junhwi kept her mouth into thin line

"Well, we cannot shorten the distance but we can pick up our pace." Junhwi looked at me, annoyance written over his face.

"Please prepare the meat." He spoke once again, addressing the chefs who are standing just beside us.

They immediately prepared the dishes. If you look at us from afar, it looks like we're having a date.
Beautiful scenery, a table by two, mouth watering foods, champagnes and fancy clothings.

Junhwi picked up his fork and knife, cutting the tender meat in half.

"The King had given me the task to tell you what you need to know. Apparently, their arrival is delayed. That means you cannot meet him yet." He spoke, before bringing the meat to his mouth.

The chef placed down a meat on my plate, gesturing me to eat. In which i did, uncomfortably.

"Uhm...what's the King's name again?" I asked, sounding a little uncertain.

"Hoshi. But you must address him as 'Your Majesty' no matter what." He replied without meeting my eyes.

We stayed silent eating our foods, I tried asking questions but he gestures me to stop talking.

10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30...until an hour had passed.

Before he broke the silence by dropping his fork and knife with a clutter.

"Leave us alone for a while. I wish to talk privately."

All of the maids and the chefs went out of the gazebo immediately, stepping a few meters away from us without speaking.

When the coast was clear, Junhwi leaned closer to the table.

"So...Dawn, listen carefully to what I say. I will explain to you the question that you've been asking; What is Tigers' Den?"

I stared at his calm and serious eyes. Before placing down my cutleries. Taking a sip of the champagne.

"I'm listening."
