3rd Person's POV

Junhwi heaved out a deep breath. Calming his pounding heart.
He finds the responsibility too big for him to handle, but he doesn't have a choice.

Dawn remained staring at him expectantly. He opened his dry mouth to speak,

"So...I will start with the basics. This place is called, Carat Land. The 17th planet in Triangulum Galaxy.  This place is unexplored, undiscovered...unknowned." Junhwi watched her facial expression, that seems unbudging.

Dawn knew about this as she had previously talked with Hansol before.

"An underground facility, specializing with the development of bioweapons called Diamond Corporation discovered this planet. Their goal is to create a new world. A better one. As part of their experiment, they had chosen a couple of...uhm...people to test their discovery. Which is how we have supernatural powers." Junhwi reached out for the bottle of wine, refilling his glass.

"Then what am i doing here? Why am i related to any of this? I don't have powers" Dawn asked, her brows furrowed. Confusion written over her face.

Junhwi took a sip of his wine. Ignoring Dawn's questions he proceeded with explanation,
"In this planet, an unexpected intervention occured. Some uninvited people decided to interfer and stop DiaCorp from achieving their goal."

Dawn unconciously mumbled under her breath,
"Eagle's Command."

Junhwi smiled at her.
"That's right. Eagle's Command. It's a hidden organization known for being against DiaCorp and Tigers' Den. They're currently being hunt down, but they're really good at hiding. Your companion came from Eagle's Command too, sad to say we lost him."

Dawn, instead of having her head straight ended up being more confused.

"Anyway, here in Tigers' Den we have 8 members, hundreds of maids, workers, and unlimited soldiers." Junhwi moved his gaze towards the sea, his hair being blown by the wind.

"Where are they? You're the only one i can see around." Dawn looked back at the castle from a distance. Low-key imagining how she will walk in the grounds again later.

"You cannot see them because they're not around. Our leader, Hoshi and his right hand, Jeonghan went to Earth and they are supposed to be back with you but as you can see, their arrival is delayed. Don't worry we're not all guys here. We also have Rica, she's Hoshi's younger sister. Be careful with that woman, she's a psychopath. " Junhwi refilled his wine glass once again.

"Dani is here too, she's a skilled fighter. Dino, Seokmin and Jihoon...i don't know how to explain their relationship. You'll meet them soon anyway. Only if i know where they are..." the last part ended up being a mumble.

Dawn however have her mind pinned to what Junhwi had said.
'The leader and his right hand went to Earth. They're supposed to get me?'

Though it's still early in the morning her head throbbed in pain.

Dawn's POV

I have my back resting on the bed after Young Master Junhwi dismissed me.

He did not answer any of my questions at all. Like, why i am here.

I tried asking him about Eagle's Command too but he said he doesn't know much about them since they're always hidden.

I don't know what to believe anymore. I miss my home.

The door suddenly opened, making me wake up from my thoughts.
Sora's head popped by the door, a smile on her face. She's always smiling.

She went in, closing it lightly.
"How did the lunch go?"

I sighed before answering her,
"I don't really know. He explained to me but not completely. He just told me about the basics, what is this place or who are the members of this...organization."

Sora just nodded her head slowly. Absorbing my answer, though it looks like she doesn't understand what i'm saying.

I observed Sora, before a frown made its way to my face.
"Sora you said you're a maid, right?"

She looked at me surprised before nodding her head once again.

"Then why are you not wearing maid attires like the other maids?" I looked at her long dress, and her lace long sleeves.

"I serve directly towards Your Majesty that's why i wear a different outfit. For now, since he is not yet here, i was instructed to serve you." She gave me a small smile. Her eyes glinting.

She look innocent but pretty.

"You've seen the king multiple times then. What is he like?" I sat up from my bed, suddenly feeling interested.

Sora squinted her eyes, before scratching her head.
"Uhm... he doesn't always talk in the dining table. He doesn't make eye contact too."

I nodded my head. Sounds scary.

A sudden idea popped in my head, making me gasp.
"Then do you know anything about Eagle's Command?"

Sora raised both her brows at me like i said something weird and out of context.
"Maids here are not allowed to listen to Elite's meeting. I only heard of Eagle's Command when you first came here." She shrugged at me.

I sighed defeatedly.

Of course she doesn't know about them, Junhwi can barely utter a thing what more with this maid.

"Do you have any specialty?" I asked out of nowhere.

She looked sideways before smiling a little,
"I'm good at cleaning places. I've been a maid since i was young" She answered sounding proud.

"I used to be a very smart student. I become the highest scoring student in highschool twice." I told her. Sounding a little sad.

I badly want my life back.

"I don't know much about school. I never studied before that's why i have a pretty weak brain." Sora chuckled, scratching the back of her head.

I lay down on my bed exhaustedly, it seems like i'll be stuck with the King's pretty maid for now.

XXXXXX POV

A sudden bang on the door made me bolt upright from my sitting position.

I stared at the door, slowly making my way. I prepared to attack whoever's on the other side.

My hand hesitantly reached the cold door knob. Twisting it lightly.

Laying on my doorstep is Hansol, covered in bruises and small cuts. I immediately bent down to help him, an evident expression of relief and fear on his face once our eyes met,

"What happened!? Hansol!?" Panicked evident from my voice

Hansol stared directly at my eyes, his voice monotone,
"They took the heiress..."
