The next few weeks flew by. Scorpius gradually got more and more excited for Hogwarts. Especially after I'd told him about the Room of Requirement (from what I last heard, it had begun to slowly fix itself because of how strong the magic on it was) as well as the entrance to the kitchens. After that, I had begun to tell him all about how the elves were now being payed good wages- but he didn't really want to stick around to hear much more. He got bored.
Amara was a bit sad to be leaving us again, and forced us to promise her that we would write every week. She misses her siblings during the school year, and although I'm aware that she'd never admit it, I can tell that she's glad she'll get to see Scorp more often.
Recently, I had begun contemplating announcing to the public that I was married to Draco. But that horrible voice in the back of my head would always make me worry, people still don't trust the Malfoy family. There would be rumours.... Draco was always good at potions and everyone knows it. They'd think he did something to me. He still gets dirty looks from older wizards and witches that saw the chaos his family reeked when the Dark Lord was alive.
It would no effect my children. Harry and Ginny gave up communicating with me. Ron made up some horrid story about how I'd tried to attack him with some horrid spell- I can't remember which anymore- it was all over the Daily Prophet. Not everyone believed him, but after I'd disappeared it made people question whether the war had sent me mad, if I really had tried to attack Ron. It was in the papers only a few weeks out of Hogwarts, I didn't even have a job yet, I knew no one would hire me with the rumours about so I got myself a new face and a new name, the same one I use when we're out in public.
Lea Greenhill. That's what my colleagues and boss know me by. I told them it was Malfoy after I got married though. Two identities is bad enough, I wasn't sure if I could handle three.
There was a constant circle of thoughts in my mind. What if everyone reacted negatively? What if I could clarify everything we'd been accused of? There was two ways this could go and it would be a real gamble to go through with it. So I took the safe option. Keep it a secret. Never tell.

"Mum!" Called Scorp as he tugged my left arm.
I blinked and looked around at the mayhem of Platform 9¾. Parents were clinging to their children as if they were sand that would slip through their fingers at any given moment. Teenagers that had been going to Hogwarts for several years already, rolled their eyes at how emotional their parents were getting, and slithered away from them to greet their friends that they hadn't seen over the summer.
1st years, and one or two 2nd years, stayed rooted next to their parents with mixed looks that varied from anxious to awed. Scorp had a mixed expression if the two which resulted in him looking like he was in pain, but happy about it. I stifled a laugh and turned to look at Amara (Zoe and Leo were at Narcissa's house whilst we dropped Amara and Scorpius off) who was frantically searching the crowd, presumably for Mia Zabini.
When she spotted the Zabinis she grabbed mine and Scorp's hands before dashing across the platform towards them. I heard Draco chuckle behind me before muttering, "guess I'm following then."
As we got nearer to them, Blaise noticed us and smiled before tapping Pansy and Mia on the shoulder whilst jerking his thumb in our direction and saying something to them that we couldn't quite hear.
The second we were close enough, Amara and Mia hugged each other and began chatting excitedly about their upcoming year at Hogwarts. I smiled at their friendship before turning to Pansy and Blaise.
