At Night
Kartik and Naira finally reached their resort. Parking the vehicle near the entrance, Kartik handed over the keys to the Rental Desk.
Kartik: Thank you...the car is fab.... We'll let you know whether we would need it tomorrow or not...
Person(smiling): Sure sir..!! And we'll add the charges to your account...
Kartik: That would be really helpful...!!
Kartik held Naira's hand and collecting the room keys from the reception, they strode towards their suit. It was a little walk surrounded by trees. It was quite a night and the only thing they could hear was a little breeze playing with the leaves followed by the little inkle made by their shoes. They were walking, when Kartik stopped all of a sudden making her to stumble.
Naira(looking at him confused): Kartik, kya hua..!! Aap aise kyu ruk gaye..?!
He didn't say anything and started moving again.
Kartik(behaving normally): Kuch...Kuch nahi.. Chalo chalte hain....!!
Lest she knew he had actually seen a couple making out passionately, their clothes were disheveled and it just made him little uncomfortable but on the second thought he looked at Naira, holding his arm looking so innocent walking with him. He engulfed her more and closely hugged her, looking at the sky he just mentally thanked his stars for giving Naira as his life partner.
Unlocking the door, they switched on the light and entered inside. Closing the door behind and opening his shoes he spoke to Naira-
Kartik: Naira.. Mein nahane jaa raha hoon...!!
Naira: Ji Accha...aap-
But before she could speak any further, he had already gone inside the bathroom. Shrugging her shoulders, she unzipped his suitcase and took out his night suit and placed it on the bed. She also unzipped her suitcase to take out her nightdress as well. She was shuffling in between her clothes when she saw a packet and she immediately stopped whatever she was doing. She tucked a few strands of hair behind her ear and picked up the packet. She looked at it blankly and her thoughts went down a few days before, when she had a conversation with Trisha -

Naira(smiles): Badiya.. Tu bata..!!
Trisha: Bass di...mein toh abhi editing ker rahi thi apne videos ki...aap batao....(asks curiously) aapne jo dresses order ki thi vo aa gayi?? Baaki Bali ki shopping kaisi chal rahi hai..??
Nairs: Haan voh dresses bass 1-2 din mein aa jaayengi.. Kya taiyaari (feeling a little sad) tumhare Jiju toh Hyderabad gye hain.. Kitna kuch hai jo sab akele karna pad raha hai....!!
Trisha: Arrey don't fear di....yeh bhi apne aap mein bhaut accha experience hai.... Aur yeh toh acchi baat hai....its a good learning experience for you....arrey di isse yaad aaya.... night dresses...!! Voh toh aapne cart mein shortlist hi nahi ki thi..!!
