Nusa Penida

The episode starts with Kartik and Naira walking on the sea shore barefooted, holding hand in hand as the sea breeze blew past and kissed their cheeks. Walking on the golden and extremely tiny sand, they felt more comfortable and better than the soft king sized beds and soft sofas. They had just returned from snorkelling and had taken off their swim suits, slipping into their regular casual clothes that they had worn on their way to this place. It was early evening. They hadn't had their lunch as they had had a late breakfast, precise to say "brunch". It was a peaceful and windy weather with a grey overcast. It had been quite a time since it stopped drizzling but still there wasn't any sign of sun in the sky - that is a perfect, non-sunny weather for some sightseeing. 

Kartik and Naira were walking silently with a faint smile across their faces at the sight of the beautiful blue sea in front of them. They spotted a seagull flying with a pair of strong wings. Sometimes it stayed in the sky, feeling how soft the clouds were as compared with cotton wool. Sometimes it made itself touch the seawater. They were keenly observing and cherishing these tiny miracles of nature that they were devoid of in the hustling and bustling city life. They were walking in utmost calmness that Kartik spoke-

Kartik: Snorkelling karke accha laga na?? Tum bekaar ka darr rhi thi...!!

Naira: (chuckles) Haan....bhaut accha laga. To be honest Kartik, mene pehle kabhi bilkul nhi socha tha ki main kabhi life mein yeh sab karugi....like you know - snorkelling, trekking, paragliding.....try karne ki baat toh chhodo, mere mein toh sochne ki bhi himmat nhi thi...lekin aapne aise aise adventure karaye hain mujhe , mera toh saara darr hi nikal gya sach mein...!! I dunno but, I feel....shaadi ke baad I've become a better version of myself, you've helped me become a better version of myself...warna meri toh itni himmat hi nhi thi ki main yeh saari cheezein try kar pau...!! Snorkelling, trekking, paragliding.....all these are once in a lifetime experiences and main bhaut khush hoon ki mene yeh saari cheezein aapke saath try ki..!!(hugs his arm and rests her head on his shoulder)

Kartik: Abhi toh aur bhaut kuch try karna hai hume madam..!! Life mein thoda adventure toh banta hai na....pata hai snorkelling mein mera sabse favourite moment konsa tha??(turns towards her and smriks)

Naira(acting clueless and chuckling): Konsa?

Kartik: Humari kiss..!!(winks at her)

Naira blushes and turns her face away.

Kartik slides his hand into his jean pocket and takes out an envelope. He unseals the envelope and takes out some photographs and forwards one to Naira. It was the candid photograph of their kiss - when they had just come to the surface of the water and had shared a kiss out of impulse, under the drizzling rain. It was a sweet click.

Naira(taking the photograph and exclaiming in surprise): Yeh kisne li?? Aur kab...!!

Kartik: (chuckles) Humari instructor ne..!! (gazing down at other photographs) Aur bhi bhaut photographs kheechi hain usne humari.....underwater wali bhi....but...(points at their "kissing" photo) that's my fav...!!

Naira chuckles and takes all the photographs from him and slides them all into the envelope carefully.

Naira: Haan lekin hum yeh pic family ko toh nhi dikha sakte na....(turns to him and says more like an "instructional warning") aur naahi instagram pe post kar sakte hain...!!(passes him a tight lipped smile)
