Y/n sat emotion-less on the balcony of the room Jungkook and her shared. She was having a hard time comprehending what she had witnessed.
In her world, stuff like these don't happen, only on TV. But from what had happened hours ago, confirmed how real crimes truly were.
It was another traumatic event y/n had witnessed. She was finally recovering from the killings of her roommates and now she witnessed her two guards get shot in-front of her. She couldn't help but feel like it was all her fault.
Her face became pale and body trembling, as she tried to come back to reality though she continued staring into the distance of the balcony view.
Maria had come to check up on her but she still sat emotion-less. She looked at the despondent y/n, wishing she could tell her the truth. But Maria knew not to open her mouth. She had tried to comfort her earlier but it seems she still was shaken up. She could understand why. With a heart like y/n's and the innocence she possessed, it would be hard to accept the cruel things that happens in the world.
Maria decided to leave her alone knowing it would take a while to comprehend everything. But before she could walk out the room she grabbed a blanket and brought it out to the balcony to wrap it around y/n. It was becoming dark and chilly outside and wanted her to stay warm.
"Maria," Y/n suddenly uttered, before Maria could step inside to leave. "Why does this keep happening to me?"
Y/n's shaken voice pierced through Maria's heart. Maria couldn't help but embraced her into a hug to comfort her. "Oh honey, I'm so sorry."
"This is all my fault," Y/n's eyes welled up in tears, voice breaking. "If I didn't go, the guards wouldn't have gotten killed."
"No, honey. It's not." Maria consoled her. "It was just the wrong place at the wrong time."
But y/n still didn't feel good about the situation. She couldn't believe these things happen in the world. It seems like ever since she had met Jungkook, people kept dying around her.

Hours had passed. The moon lit up the dark night. The air became even more chilly. Maria had already left long ago while y/n remained seated at the balcony gazing up at the night sky, waiting for Jungkook to come home.
But he never did.
She had tried calling multiple times, but no answer. Only until later on in the night, her phone rang to which she immediately answered hoping to hear Jungkook's voice.
It ended up being Taehyung.
Taehyung had called to ask if she was okay, and even apologized to her for having to witness the gruesome scene. Y/n felt at ease that Taehyung was okay, and appreciative that he had called to check up on her, but wished Jungkook had done it as well.
"Is Jungkook with you?" She asked Taehyung, before he could bang up.
There was a moment of silence.
"...No."
"Do you know where he could be? Or if he's okay and when he's coming home?" Y/n voice was growing concern for her husband who hasn't texted or return her calls.
Taehyung took a while to answer her again with a monotone voice. "Jungkook is at his father's house...and may or may not come home."
Silence. Y/n didn't answer, as she held in her tears.
