Taehyung hugs me so firmly as if he knew I needed it before he finally lets me go out the glass doors towards the man leaning onto the railing looking out into the night view. I step out the terrace of the hospital and walk eagerly towards him, full of joy and excitement.
He immediately turns around and his face lights up as he meets my eyes. There's a white bandage around his shoulder and a sling carrying his injured arm.

"Jimin!" I beam with excitement as I wrap my arms around his neck.
"Y/n!" He smiles widely and uses his free hand to wrap around my waist.
"You're okay!" I cup his face, trying to look deep into his eyes to make sure this isn't a dream.
"Of course I would be," he smirks. "I'm not leaving this world when you're still here. I need to be alive to protect you."
My heart fills up with joy hearing his voice again and seeing those angelic eyes sparkling down on me.
"I don't know what I would have done without you," my voice breaks as I try to sniffle my tears away. "I can't live without you."
"Is that so?" His eyes and lips smiling towards me, warming my broken heart.
