My mother and Maria both smile towards me before walking through the open white curtain panels of the canopy and soon closes behind them, to keep me hidden. Immediately I hear cheers erupting for them, making my nerves twists in my stomach.
I glance down admiring my intricate lace gown that has crystals and pearls sewed into it. The gown is so perfect and ethereal, it makes me feel like a princess.
I quickly try to keep my emotions in check and stay put holding onto my French rose silk bouquet. I soothe down my gown, facing the closed curtains, taking deep breaths knowing I was about to walk down the aisle and see my groom.
Soon enough, I see the two woman on each side getting ready to pull the curtains, knowing well it's now the time. People behind me are adjusting my white bridal train, making sure everything is perfect. My white gown is simple yet sophisticated, fitting my body perfectly.
