As the party continued throughout the night, Blake kept herself basically glued to Luke's side. She was scared of losing him again
"Can I um, talk to you?" Blake asked, tugging on the brunettes arm.
The boys gave her a nervous look, but continued to nod his head as he followed the girl.
The two climbed the stairs to the fourth floor so they could get to Blake's room, seeking privacy.
Luke sat down on the girls bed, looking around the rather tiny room. "Look if your want to break up I-" Luke began, Blake shaking her head.
Luke sighed in relief as the girl threw herself against the boy, wrapping her arms around him.
"W-why are you Guys here..?" She asked, pulling away from their hug.
Luke looked down, only for the girls hands to be placed on each side of his face to grab his attention.
"Bobby.." was all he said, getting lost in the hazel eyes infront of him.
"What about Bobby? I-is he ok?" Blake asked, her hands slipping to his shoulders.
Luke nodded. "Ok? He's living the dream." He said, more annoyed than happy for the boy.
"Luke this is your best friend, how aren't you happy for him?" Blake asked, sitting down on the boys lap.
Luke shook his head and looked back to the girls face. "I would be thrilled if he didn't steal our songs or decided to at least give us credit." He said, Blake's smile dropping even more than it already was.
"H-how do you know?"
"Julie told us. I showed her some songs I wrote before we died and she said someone already produced them. Robert Wilson is now Trevor Wilson." The boy said, watching the anger boil into the girl.
"don't tell em your here so you can get calebs help.." she said looking into his eyes, knowing that's always how to get the truth out of him.
"Willie told us he could help.. I don't get what the big deal is." Luke said, looking away.
Blake grabbed the boys face and forced it to look at hers. "Don't trust him. He told me that I was just filling in for the night, now I'm trapped here. It's like a time warp."
Luke's head forced away from her grip as she mentioned time. "Time.. time! What time is it?!" He asked lifting Blake off his lap and looking around the room for a clock.
"Almost 12, why?" Blake said, looking at the alarm clock beside her bed.Luke's eyes went wide as he ran out of the room,
Blake running close behind."Reg, we missed our gig with Julie! Come on!" Luke said, pulling his friend away from one of the dancers.
"Alex get your ass down here!"
Blake called out to her blonde friend, noticing the other two boys in a panic "Julie is going to murder you three..""Blake you coming?" Reggie asked as they made their way to the exit.
Blake frowned. "I wish I could. Caleb won't let me leave.."
"What was that miss Jones?" Caleb said as he appeared infront of the four ghosts, the same evil smirk plastered in his face.
"I said you won't let me leave." She said, crossing her arms and raising an eyebrow at the man.
Caleb nodded. "Well, your friends have visited, so you may go. But we will meet again miss Jones." He said, shaking each boys hand before they left.
Blake saw the purple stamp, similar to hers but a different design on it.
................"Julie we are ready to rock this dance!" Reggie said as the four came running into the gymnasium. "Which is clearly over.."
"We are so, so sor-"
"Blake!" Julie cheered at the sight of the girl, wanting to go hug her but knowing that wasn't exactly possible at the moment.
"Hey Jules." Blake said, smiling at the girl. She noticed the more annoyed expression on Julies face as she looked to the boys. "If I knew about the dance I would've gotten them out sooner.. blame me."
"No no, I need to know what happened." Julie said, setting forward towards the boys. "Please tell me this had nothing to do with carries dad.."
The boys all began to stutter, making Julies face go angry and Blake's to form confusion. "Bobby has a kid?!" She asked in shock, not knowing one person who could possibly be the baby mama.
"Yes.. and we are sorry Julie, really." Luke said, looking to the others and making them nod to agree.
"Save it. Not only was Quinn not here tonight, but neither were you guys. Blake can get a pass because she was technically missing." Julie began, Blake stopping her really quick.
"What do you mean? Why didn't Quinn come?" Blake asked, Julie frowning at the girl as the boys did the same.
"Argument with pat, too upset to leave her room.." Julie said, Blake frowning and shaking her head.
"But you guys, what we had was good. Our songs were good! But you just had to mess this up for me right? After all
I've been through?" Julie said, disappointed in the boys.Blake looked at their faces, a look of hurt she's rarely ever seen before. "And I'd be even more mad if Blake wasn't here. At least you guys didn't totally fail me tonight."
"Julie we will make it up to you.. we can pla the next-"
"The next school dance where you can bail on me and make me look like a fool? Save it." Julie said, turning around and leaving the gymnasium.
Blake frowned as she watched the girl leave, staring at the doors until a powerful jolt hit her chest.
The girl groaned in pain as her body curled into a ball, but more groans were heard.
"Blake?" she heard Luke ask in confusion, holding his chest as well.
"What was that?" Alex asked.
"That felt like when Blake and I fixed my amp in the rain.." Reggie said, Blake nodding her head to agree as her body was lifted off the ground.
"Told you he wasn't good."
