Chapter 12 Shawn's Memories

Shawn's POV (all chapter)

My favorite show just ended ghost whisper maybe you have seen it anyway it just ended and it's 3:30 in the morning. I shut the TV off and went to bed. Memory number one! Cherry Bomb? What? Where did that come... ohh...oh. Oh My Gosh! I just blew up a mail box! I don't even remember lighting it. I remember that instead of going home I went to Cory's. In the end Cory got me to do the right thing so I went home and was grounded for a month. When that one month was up I went over to the Matthews to see Cory they were watching TV and then all of the sudden the lights went out. I ran out of the house. Memory number two! Thanks Stacy! What did I thank Stacy for? Oh yeah! Stacy gave me the stuff to staighten Cory's hair. I walked into Cory's and sen Topanga she had lipstick on her face. Use a mirror babe I told her. Then we pushed her out. Cory and I then went up stairs and put stuff in his hair. When he rinsed it out of his hair it didn't look like we had intended he screamed. His hair was super straight. After he screamed Eric and Amy came rushing in. I ran out and on my way out Eric tryed to kinda stop me but I got past him. Memory number three! It was our first day of high school school and I went to the Matthews to pick up Cory. I had remembered that high school ment no more Feeny. Cory and I danced our dance. Once we got to school we ran into Topanga and she riped off my fake side burns. It really hurt! Memory number four! It was career day I was positive my dad wasn't going to show up as I watched Topanga's dad talk about his guitars that he makes and Cory's dad talk about the store he worked at. Watching them made me remember my dad was a fake, a lier about everything he did. He was never there for me so even the thought of my dad going made me laugh. "Hey Shawnie." I remember hearing his vocie. Really thats the only thing I remember him for because he was never there physically. I prayed real hard that he wouldn't go up in front of everyone and lie but he did because if he wasn't telling tall tales then he was running around. Memory number five! I was in the trailer park when I found a cute little pigglet. I took him back to Turners and named him little Cory because I felt like Cory was leaving me for Topanga so I felt mega alone. Memory number six! Cory and Topanga's wedding day. I was Cory's best man and I was running around getting the tux's, the rings, the cake, and even tighing cans to the car. I thought Cory was just trying to get rid of me but really he was avoiding the conversation I kept bring up. I ended up leaving and telling Cory I didn't want to be at his wedding. As time went on I relized I did want to be at Cory and Topanga's wedding I mean for heaven sake my best friends were getting married so I went and delivered Cory and Topanga's rings because deep down I knew Eric forgot the rings. Last but not lest memory number seven! I kept quit while Eric, Cory, and Topanga said good-bye to everyone but when it was my turn to say good-bye I broke down I had already lost my dad, and my girlfriend I didn't want to lose my best friend too. I was happy Topanga aloud me to come with them to New York. Whoa! I said as I sat up in my bed real fast.Why all these memories? I asked myself as I go up and went to the kitchen. "Topanga?" I asked. "Yeah." She said as she shut the refrigerator and sat down at the kitchen table. "What does it mean if you have dream memories about the same person?" I asked. "Who were they about?" She asked. "Cory! Mostly." I said as i looked at her. "Shawn! It means your grateful for his friendship and you know that if it wasn't for him you wouldn't be where you are now. Also your scared that when Riley is born Cory won't have time for you but it's not true because I couldn't even come between you guys." Topanga said with a smile. "Thank you Topanga." I said as I got back up and walked back to my room. I layed backed down and had two more memories. It was in 6th grade and Feeny had us be a modle familes. Minkus was my brother and Cory and Topanga where my parents. I had to be a nerd. Later that day Cory and I went to the Mall and seen Eric dressed as a lobster. Cory and I laughed Eric how ever didn't find the same humor we found because he put his claw around my neck. The last memory was my first crush Hilary we went to the movies our second date how ever ended our relationship . When ever I seen her I laughed and couldn't stop laughing. That stared my dating days. Cory and I had promised that we wouldn't date but I couldn't help it. These memories are all about Cory! Maybe Topanga's right all these memories show how much i'm thankful for Cory and the rest of the Matthews because if it wasn't for the Matthews I wouldn't know what a family was. I admit I am a little scared that when Riley is born I will lose Cory but Topanga says I won't.
