Chapter 8 NEWS/ People

Eric's POV

Jack! Rachel! Mr. Feeny! You guys made it! I yelled. "Hey man" Jack said. "Congrats! I can't believe you have a kid" Feeny said as he shook my hand. "I wanna see the baby" Rachel said smiling. "Hey! Wait wasn't there something you wanted to tell us?" I asked Rachel. "Oh yeah. Jack and I are getting married September 1st and then in January we are having a baby!" Rachel said . Congrats guys! We all said. We all talked for a little while more and then we headed back up to the room to see Cassie and Hanna. "Hey guys welcome back!" Cassie said smiling. "Cassie these are my best friends Jack and Rachel. I said as I introduced her to them. "Hi, this is my son Joey and this is mine and Eric's daughter Hanna Mae Matthews, she said. "She looks like Eric! Feeny said smiling. "You are?" Cassie asked. "This is Mr. Feeny my mentor" I said smiling. "Oh, Hi Sur" she said with a small smile. "If we have a girl we are naming her Kristal Lynn Hunter, but if it's a boy it will be Jordan Lee Hunter." Jack said smiling. I could tell Jack and Rachel were excited about this baby! I mean who isn't happy about having a baby?

Topanga's POV

"Hey we have news!" I yelled. "Yes Topanga?" Amy said looking at me. "I'm pregnant!" I said smiling. "Really?" Amy asked. "Yes!" I said. "Oh my gosh! Did you hear that Alan? Cory and Topanga are going to have a baby!" Amy said as she hugged me and Cory. "How many months Topanga?" Alan asked. "About 3 months" I said. " Have you seen a doctor?" Amy asked. "No we haven't" Cory said as he looked at his mom. "Go then. Now!" Amy said as she practically pushing us out the door. Cory and I walked to the doctor office part of the hospital. "Hi i'm Topanga and this is my husband Cory and we would like to meet with a doctor. I think i'm 3 months pregnant." I said to a lady at the desk. "Okay just sign these papers and we will notify a doctor." the lady said. After signing the papers, we waited 10 minutes to see a doctor. Mrs. Matthews the doctor called. Cory and I got up and went to a room with the doctor. "Hi, i'm Dr. Shaga" he said as he shook mine and Cory's hand. "So you think you are 3 months pregnant?" Dr. Shaga asked. "Yes Sur" I said with a smile. "Okay lift up you shirt so we can do an ultrasound" Dr.Shaga said as I lifted up my shirt, he then put the cold gel on my stomach. "Look Cory!" I said pointing at the screen. "It's call true this time!" Cory said smiling. "Thats our baby!" he said pointing to the screen. "Yeah!" I said as the doctor cleaned off my stomach. We made another appontment for August 7th. Cory and I then walked back to the room were the family was at. "So?" Amy said. "It's true we are having a baby!" I yelled. Cory and I hugged. "Congrats you two!" Everyone said. Finally I was going to have a cute tiny baby of my own, but the best part is that it's mine and Cory's baby. "Another Matthews baby will be born by the end of the year! How great is this?" Eric yelled. "Amazing! I can't wait to be a father!" Cory said right before he kissed me.

Shawn's POV

"I am so happy for you guys!" I said as I hugged my two best friends. "So Topanga are you going to call Angela and tell her about your pregnanticy?" I asked. "Ah duh!" Topanga said smiling. "I really miss Angela. I wish I was with her, I wish she was here in my arm's but she's not. I won't love anyone as much as I love Angela. "Topanga when you give birth to this baby do you think Angela will come and see it?" I asked. "Maybe Shawn!" She said trying to smile. "We all miss Angela." Rachel said as she walked over to Cory, Topanga, and I. "I wish she would at lest come back to visit." I said as I took out my phone. "Hello?" I asked. "Hey Shawn this is Jim Your boss down at the Café and I was wondering if you wanted to be my manager, I didn't get a chance to ask you earlier because you left to fast." My boss asked. "Yeah I would love to be your manager, what will I get todo?" I asked. "Same as you do now only you will get payed more and you get to do interviews and hire people." Jim said. "Great! Do I get more hours?" I asked. "Yes! You get to choose your hours!" he said "Sweet!" I said. " Yeah well i'll let you go." he said as he hung up. "Hey guys it was nice seeing you guys but I have to go back to the Café and do interviews." I said as I walked out the door. When I got to the Café Jim walked over to me and told me the first person was in the office. So I walked in and seen a blonde haired lady. "Hi, i'm Shawn Hunter." I said as I sat at the table across from her. "Katy... Katy Hart." She said as she shook my hand. She seemed very shy and very quite. "So why do you want this job?" I asked. "I don't want this job I need this job. I'm pregnant and my husband doesn't have a very good job. His job barely supports the two of us so I need to bring in some money to help out that way we can support our selfs and the baby when it comes." She said as she started crying. "Hey Katy. I'm ganna give you this job you really do need it." I said with a smile.

Cory's POV

"Cory?" Topanga said as we crawled into bed. "Yes daring?" I said looking at her. "Will you still love me even when I get super fat?" She asked as she layed her head on my chest. "Yes of course honey. I love you no matter what sweetheart." I said as I rubbed her back. "Do you think Eric is going to be a good father?" Topanga asked. I think his little girl is trouble. I mean she has an idot for a father but he still has time to grow up." I said as we herd a door shut. I kissed her head and got up to see who it was. "Cory!" Shawn said as I approached the kitchen. "Shawn!" I said . "What are you doing?" "Was training Kathy our new employer, she is 2 months pregnant and needs this job at the Café to support her baby and husband who doesn't have a very good job." Shawn said as he grabbed a water from the fridge. "Oh I see." I said as I sat down at the kitchen table. "Cory Do you think that if Angela was here we would be having a baby just like you and Jack and Eric and my employer? Shawn asked. "Maybe." I herd Topanga said from the stairs. "Shawn! Call her and tell her you love her." I said. No... No she will shoot me down and I don't want to get hurt not now and not ever." he said as he ran to his room. "Honey! Raising a 20 year old kid is hard." I said as we walked back to our room. So do you think Morgan will come see Hanna tomorrow?" I asked as we jumped back into bed. "Yeah maybe. I mean if they come back to New York tomorrow." Topanga said as she curled up next to me. "So you know how I finished that one semester I needed to complete college." I asked. "Yeah" she said. "Well there is one thing I have to do in order to graduate." I said excitedly. "Yeah" she said. "Yeah! I have to be a student teacher." I said as I shut my eyes. "Really? That's great Cory!" I herd her say as we both drifted off to sleep.
