[Kay POV:]

After I got that phone call from my Ma, I drove to the hospital as fast as I possibly could. When I got there, the receptionist gave me the room and I ran to my dad's room.
"Ma. What's going on?"
"This boy was with you father when he had a stroke." She said pointing to a guy who was sitting in the corner.
"Who are you?" I asked the boy.
"My name is Caleb and I work for you dad." He said calmly.
"What do you mean work for?"
"Well you dad and your husband was a major drug dealer." He said in a semi-whisper. Then the nurse came in.
"Your husband is okay. But I'm afraid he can't leave the hospital. Is cancer is severe." She said directing to my mom.
"Yes i understand. Thank you." My mom said.
"You're welcome." She said walking out.
"So what were you saying, Caleb?" My mom said.
"I have been working for you're husband for quite some time and he wanted me to take over his business for him."
"You mean his drug dealing business?" I said.
"Yeah." He said. "He also wanted me to register at the high school you go to tomorrow. So can you help me out with that?" He asked shyly.
"Yeah. I guess." I said confused.
"You better help him." My dad spoke up, which scared all of us.
"Honey, are you alright?" My mom said.
"Yeah. Where's PJ?"
"I told him not to come because you needed rest. You two kids go back home. You have school in the morning."
Caleb and I said goodbye to my dad and walked to our cars.
"I'll follow you back to your house. Cool?" Caleb asked.
"Cool."
