Chapter 1

[Kaydin POV: ]
I woke up to my alarm going off at 7 in the morning. I really didn't want to go to school today, but hey a girl's gotta get an education to make this paper, right?

I got up and took a quick shower. I decided to wear some bleached jeans, a red long sleeve, and some silver flip flops with silver jewelry. I ran downstairs and grabbed me an apple and my keys and headed for school. I called my best friend April to see where she was.
"Hey girl where you?"
"Home. You coming to get me or what?"
"No need for the attitude please. But yeah be there in 5."
"Okay boo."
And with that I was in the lanes.

[April POV:]

After I got off the phone with Kaydin, I hopped in the shower trying to be quick cause Lord knows I ain't got time for her rushing me. When I got out, I thought I would go simple and wear some grey joggers, a black Nike long sleeve, and some Nike slides. I know someone was gonna say something but it's a Monday and I'm a senior so I got no one to impress.

As soon as I was about to call her, she started blowing the horn like she crazy. I could just slap this hefa sometimes. I went outside to her dark grey 2013 Challenger, and we went to school.

[Kaydin POV:]

I don't know what April had on but who am I to judge. We were at the school in a little over 3 minutes and right in time for the first bell to ring. Me and April went our separate ways and started the day. My first period class was Mrs. Moore history. I hate this class with everything in me but I was surprisingly making a 90 in it.

That class was over and I went to my locker to get some books for next class when I seen the biggest hater/ thot of the school: Aliyah. This girl talks to everything that got a slink. And I'm dead ass serious. And she got the nerve to approach me knowing good well I'll slang this girl to Australia.
"Hey Kaydin how you doing girl?"
"Just fine. What you want now?"
"I just wanted to know if that fine brother of yours is still single."
"Girl my brother don't want you."
"Well just tell him Aliyah said I'll be looking for him."
"Yeah, whatever."
And I walked off. I'm telling you, this girl will swim with sharks as long as it mean she gone get some. But she not the only one in the school who like that. There these other girls, but they twins. They call themselves baddies -_- that's all ima say bout that. The Thottie Twins Mariah and Mya. I don't associate with anyone except April. On some real shit.

[Aliyah POV:]

Yeah I know I'm the baddest in the school. Can't nobody tell me shit. I got all the niggas and these females envy me. But I brush it off. That girl Kaydin got a fine ass brother tho. She say he don't want me, but all I gotta do is work some magic and I'll have him crawling everywhere I go. The only reason I bother to talk to her anyways is to keep tabs on him. I'll have him. Aw damn, here come this nigga Jeremy who been in love with me since like 2nd grade.
"H..hey Aliyah."
"Hi Jeremy."
"You need help with those books?"
"Damn do I look like I need help??!"
"Sorry, I was just trying to help."
"Well help me and gtf out my face."
"Sorry."
I swear these niggas be falling all over me. But i gotta get to class. 1 more year. And yes I'm a Junior.

[Kaydin POV:]

The rest of the day went be pretty quickly. But sadly I gotta go to work. Yeah I work at Walmart. Gotta make cake. I drove home by myself. April had cheer practice. It was 4 when I got home and I didn't have to go in till 5:30 so I took a quick nap. I told my Ma to wake me up at 5 so I could get dressed and stuff.
* 1 Hour Later*
When I woke up I took another shower and headed out. I got stopped on the way out to my brother trying to mess with people like always. His name is PJ btw.
"Wassup baby sister?"
"Trying to go to work."
"Let switch cars for the rest of the day."
"Nigga you must be crazy. I don't even trust you with my puppy let alone my car."
"How you gone do a player like that?"
"Just like how I did. Excuse me."
" Baby sister?"
"What PJ?"
" I love you."
" You still ain't getting the car."
"Damn man."
"Goodbye."
