So I never actually explained who controlled Mono-Lisa, so I'll do it here:
Basically, Oscar and Owen have a sister who's younger by two years. Her name is Octavia and she was talked into controlling Mono-Lisa by Owen.
I don't have any art of her yet, but just imagine a girl around Owen's night with long purple hair.
This girl actually went on the make an alias with Sarah once her brothers lost the killing game and controls Monokuma in the Ultimate Stars game.
