"I'm gonna kill him!"
Perrie POV:
"Jesy no! You can't do that!"
I grabbed her and pulled her back into the tent before she could go out and do something she couldn't take back.
"And why not!"
"Because what about us? If you get in trouble, what'll happen to us? You won't be there to protect us or take care of us. They could send us away!"
The second the words left my mouth, I heard Leigh's breathing speed up. I looked over at her, and she was staring wide-eyed at Jesy and breathing too quick.
Before I could even register what was happening, Jesy was at Leigh's side and coaching her breathing back to normal. This wasn't Leigh's first panic attack.
"Leigh, look at me. Breath with me, ok. In and out, just focus on my breathing."
After a few minutes, her breathing evened out, but she was still crying.
"Jesy, you can't leave! I-we need you!"
"Hey, shh. I'm not going anywhere, ok."
She only nodded and snuggled further into Jes while the rest of us crawled over and joined their snuggle. I burrowed into Jesy's other side while Jade laid next to Leigh.
That's how we fell asleep, cuddled into each other, under Jesy.
~the next day after school~
I saw Jesy waiting at our usual spot with Leigh and Jade already there. I ran over, not wanting to keep them waiting.
"I've got a surprise for you guys!" Jesy said with a massive grin on her face.
"Ooh, what is it?"
"Tell us!"
"I want to know now!"
Jesy just chuckled as we started our walk.
"Chill you guys. I'll tell you at the restaurant tonight."
All our eyes widened as we looked at each other. We never go to restaurants, so this must be a big deal.
~later that night~
Jesy POV:
The girls and I arrived at the packed restaurant. I told them to sit while I talked to the hostess.
My back wasn't even turned for five seconds when someone had already caused trouble.
"Ow, Jesy! Perrie pinched me!"
I turned and saw Leigh rubbing her arm where Perrie had supposedly pinched her.
"Well, Leigh pinched me first."
"Only cause you pulled my hair!"
"Did not!"
"Did too!"
"Perrie pulled Leigh's hair first, but Leigh pinched Perrie first."
All eyes turned to Jade, who had just spoken.
"Well, Leigh no pinching and Perrie stop touching her hair. We talked about this."
I turned back around to talk to the smiling hostess. I swear those girls would be the death of me.
Behind me, I could hear Perrie and Leigh arguing with Jade over ratting them out.
Their argument was drawing the attention of a few guests also waiting. I turned, tired of their childish antics.
