Chapter 60

LISA POV

I woke up to the annoying sound of my phone. I keep my eyes closed as I grabbed my phone to the side table. I slightly opened my right eye to turned off the alarm.

It's 5:15am already and I need to get up because today we have an individual photoshoot for our brands. Mine is for Celine, Jennie is for Chanel, Jisoo is for Dior, and Chae is for Saint Laurent.

5 minutes more

I thought to myself so I closed my eyes again. I'm on the way of my deep slumber again when suddenly I remembered the date today!

I opened my eyes again and quickly grabbed my phone to double check the date.

"Holy shit." I blinked my eyes for a couple of times while staring at my phone.

Today is the day that I brought Jennie to that maintenance room and-

"It's our fucking anniversary." I squealed.

I'm gonna brush my teeth later, I just wanna greet my girlfriend today so I rapidly hopped out of my bed, wore my slippers and went outside my room.

I gently twist the doorknob and I push her door wider. I'm expecting to see her still lying down on the bed but I saw an empty bed instead.

Then I proceed to our living room and there I saw Chae, sitting down on couch while looking down on her phone with a sandwich on her other hand. She's already wearing her outfit.

"Good morning, chipmunk." I greeted her with my wide smile.

She stopped chewing her food and looked to me, "Morning, monkey." Her mouth is full. "Jichu and Jennie unnie already left.",

I let out a deep sigh when I heard that Jennie already went to her project.

"But Jen left you a note on the dining table." Chae added and turned her gazed back to her phone.

"Really?" I quickly walked towards the dining area and when I checked the table, my lips formed a smile and my heart started to pound so fast.

She prepared me a breakfast! There are also bunch of chocolate bars and a bouquet of long-stemmed pink roses and wooww, she also cooked me a french fries which I love the most!!

I grabbed the pink roses that she gave me, I closed my eyes as I inhale the scent of it. Then, I read the note of it.

Eat these foods, okay? See you later. Happy anniversary, Lili. <3 I love you.

I felt a sudden jolt of happiness and my heart rate increased the speed as I'm reading this note over and over again. Damn, I'm fucking blushing right now.

I immediately sat down on the chair and started to eat the breakfast meals that my Nini made for me. And it taste so gooood! Jennie can be a chef, I swear.

But Jennie is more delicious hehe. So delicious.

I'm looking down on my rice when suddenly, I saw a hand in my peripheral vision, slowly stealing a french fries. I slapped her hands without leaving my gaze on the rice.

"You're bad!" Chae groaned and sat down beside me.

"You're still not full? You already ate a sandwich, chipmunk!" I giggled and looked to her,

"Just kidding, here." I handed her my precious french fries.

"Yay! thank you, monkey!" She quickly grabbed the plate. Gosh, foodsé.

"Don't eat all of them!" I warned her while chewing my food.

She giggled and plopped a french fries in her mouth.
