Promise

Jimin Pov.

We were walking out of the park, after we finished our snacks and threw the wrappers away. I kept replaying that scene over and over and over in my head. I'm not one to jump into things so fast but I was scared and my reflexes took the best of me. The cream was about to fall on his clothes then we would have to get it clean. I was just saving time. As my mind made peace with the fact I just did that. My face was still not fully at peace yet.

"Do you want to do anything, Jimin?" Jungkook questioned as he looked down at me as we just walked through the busy sidewalk. "Shopping, movie, anything?" He asked.

"Hmmm..." I thought about it and there was a movie I wanted to go watch and was going to ask Tae to come with me. So we can go watch it together but I never had the chance to or it would slip my mind. "Well we can go catch a movie. Theres a movie I've been wanting to see." I said with a little nodd looking up at Jungkook.

He smiled excitedly and gave an ecstatic nodd. "Yeah. I would like that."

We both smiled at eachother finding something to do on this nice Saturday. I think without verbally saying it we both wanted to relax before we had to makeup the classes we missed and have a hell of a week once we get back to school on Monday. We both walked the corner as we saw the theather getting closer into view.

"Ahh. I dont remember the last time I went out to watch a movie." Jungkook said with a happy sigh while still looking ahead.

I shot my head up at him. "But Jungkook, you have many friends to do this with." I said a little suprised.

He looked down at me. "Well... They usually have their own lives. As you see they go places together without me because of my part time job at the cafe. They dont really bother asking me anything anymore or make plans with me since they know I'll be busy or turn it down. But it would be nice if they would keep on pestering me about it or just bring it up." He said while scratching his neck nervously. I nodd in understanding. "But I have you now." He said silently.

I was a little taken aback but I sheepishly smiled as we both walked into the building. We both were full from the snack from before so we skipped the snack lines and just made our way to the ticket booth. We stood to the side not going into the short line yet since we needed to decide on the movie.

"So what did you want to watch?" He asked looking around at the framed movie covers. I also looked around at them and hummed questioning my decision.

"Uhh... let's watch,'Parasite.' That seems like a good movie, right?" I asked looking back at him. He looked back down and nodded. We then stepped into the line moving forward as more people got their tickets. As we finally made our way to be the first people in the line the man in his red and gold uniform smiled at us.

"Hello! What ticket will you like?" The black haired man said with a smile.

"Um- Can we get two tickets for "Parasite" the one streaming at 4." Jungkook said as he looked at the chart behind the man. Right now it was 3:33. So when we get the tickets we will be watching the previews. I've always loved and enjoyed previews it's like watching sneak peaks of other great movies.

"Ofcourse!" The man said as he put the total on his little computer to pull up on the device infront of us. Jungkook pulled out his wallet to pay and I new if I told him something again he would just ignore me so I didnt say anything. I would just have to pay him back after. Jungkook took out the money and gave it to man as the man exchanged the money for the tickets. Handing them both to Jungkook. "Enjoy! He said as we both started walking off.

"Jungkook you should really save your money. I can pay." I told him as we walked to the entrance of the big black room of the theater. We walked up the stairs to sit at the back, second row to the back. We both sat in the middle. There was only two sets of people scattered in the theather. I was glad since it wasnt busy. Then the screen started turning white motioning the previews were staring.
