Hold

Jimin Pov.

"Hey uhhh are you okay?" I asked as I looked up to Jungkook. Right now we were walking up the sidewalk from the Cafe, last I checked it was around 3:50 when we left so it must be 4:25 right about now.

"ooh..yah." Jungkook says a little blankly, his face towards the floor. I squint my eyes at him, noticing that he's been really quiet ever since we left. With the quietness carrying on I don't think I can go on this long so I just think of something quickly.

"OH! I know. Wanna watch a movie back at my apartment? After that you can head back home." I said with a smile trying to cheer him up. But he continues to look at the floor with no reaction.

"Actually Jimin..." He stops walking and looks at me and scratches the back of his head looking off to the side. "I don't think so. I'm actually pretty tired. I think I gonna head home." With a surprised expression I just nodd choosing not to push it any further.

"Oh alright then. See ya?" I say waving at him as he heads the other direction.

"Yeah... See ya." He says in a low hoarse voice. Jungkook didn't even wave back. At this point I'm worried about him, I've never seen this side of him. I'm nervous, maybe I had it wrong all along maybe it did bother him. I watch his figure walk off as I smile at it, while gripping onto my little bracelet that was around my wrist. As he disappeared I started to begin walking again in the direction of my apartment, alone.

Next Day (Monday)

"I confessed..." I said with a sheepish smile.

"YOU WHAT??!!" Tae screamed, suprised. I was a bit scared by his booming voice this early in the morning but I shook it off. Right now we were walking to school together.

"yah..." I said quietly.

"What'd he say?" Tae asked, a bit excited for his best friend who has been alone for the majority of his life. The only person he ever relied on was him.

"Nothing..." I said. I tried to keep it joyful but my voice kept wavering. I look up at Tae but he didn't seem all that happy, instead he looked serious.

"Like nothing, nothing. Or just quiet?" Tae asked, but all I can manage was a nodd. I then realized I have to explain more to him so he won't get any crazy ideas.

"BUT!!!.. Nothing bad happened or anything we are still friends!" I tried to look on the bright side and Tae just smiled and nodded not wanting to push it.

"What's that?" He asked as he pointed at my wrist, changing the subject. I just smiled.

"A gift."

A few moments later...

We walked into the gates together looking around for the group. As we finally saw them we walked towards them. As we grew closer I noticed that Jungkook is there and I smile trying to forget what happened yesterday and just keep moving forward.

"Hey!!" Tae said as he waved at them. They all smiled at us and went back to conversing. Taehyung joined the conversation right away. I left him to talk and I silently tip toed over to Jungkook.

"Hey." I say silently, but with a hint of contentment.

"Hey..." He says nervously. I gulp, knowing that something is wrong. Oh God, please no. If things are going to be like this then... I take it back. I take that confession back.

"How are you feeling?" I ask a bit nervous, I then start to fiddle with my fingers.

"I'm sorry." I jumped up suprised by the sudden apology. I then look up at him for the first time today and see the most sincerest eyes. Badum.

"F-for what?" I ask looking into his eyes, feeling my heart rate speed up of every second of every minute. He then took my hand and walked me away from the group. They were to caught up in talking they didn't notice. He lead me in the school and stopped at a location where there wasn't anybody else around. But Jungkook didn't let go of me and looked down to the ground looking ashamed.

"I'm sorry." He said again. I was shaking, I was really scared on what was going on but also flustered by the contact he's giving me. "Look Jimin." He finally said and looked up at me, he looked into my eyes for a good second looking into my soul I didn't even want to breath. He then sighed and spoke, looking away with his hand at the back of his neck. "About yesterday, I'm sorry for not hanging out with you and acting totally immature and weird..." Oh God!!! I breathed  out with a shaky breathe and look to the floor. "Hm?" Jungkook hummed questionably. I start to chuckle and shake my head. "AH! Jimin, what wrong? Are you mad? I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" He said grabbing my shoulders and shaking me.

"You JERK!!" I said punching his chest. "I was so scared you asshole. I thought something happened!" I said huffing repeatedly punching him.

"Ohhhh! I'm sorry, did I scare you that bad?" He chuckled grabbing my fists and looking down at me. I look back up and pout.

"Yes! Yes you did!" I said angrily. He started to chuckle again which then started turning into laughs.

"Sorry!" He said. I huffed again and looked at my hands and blush. I turn away and cough to get Jungkooks attention.

"Umm.. Jungkook..." I whispered.

"Hmmm?"

"You can let go of me now..." I said, flustered.  My contact still going off to the side. Jungkook looked down at his hands wrapped around my fists and squeaked.

"AH! Ahh I'm sorry!" He said letting go right away. I bring my hands down and huff again.

"Next time, don't scare me and be more blunt!" I said turning away and start walking to class, with my arms crossed at my chest.

"Huh?!... Oh, wait! Jiminshi, wait for me!!" He said stumbling at his feet trying to catch up with me. I mentally giggle and continued walking off to Biology. Sighing with a smile, feeling relived that it wasn't what I thought it was.
