"Are you sure this doesn't make me look weird? I feel odd" Xiaojun, fiddled with his lower lip checking his outfit, both hands straightening the wrinkled areas. Amid various chit chats amongst classmates, he couldn't possibly avoid the rumor that there was a party taking place where he least wanted to visit.
How ironic considering he knew someone he's been dreading to speak to in private was one of the many guests.

Kun had no intentions of tagging along, stating nothing good ever comes out of these pretentious social gatherings, "If you feel that indifferent, why don't you just wear your usual clothes?" The blue-haired boy would raise a brow, laying back against the headboard of his bed a book in his hands.
It was no secret what the man wanted, which was to be left alone to continue with his studying.

He didn't mind not being on top of every trend or gossip, if he truly wanted to find out information, he could simply request whatever he needed. Lonesome wasn't entirely a bad thing. It's been this way ever since he could remember so there was no desire to change up his routine now.
"I guess I want to fit in you know.. Not make myself too obvious" the boy admitted, eyes traveling up and down, "If fitting in means you're not being yourself, why even bother impressing this person? She already knows you, Xiao just wear your normal attire and let me finish this chapter" the blonde rolled his eyes not pleased with his best friend's 'support' then again it had always been this way.
"Why don't you go with me? It's only the beginning of the semester, Kun-a.. You know skipping one night of-"

"Not happening-" Xiaojun pouted, an idea quickly sparkling "How about this, I'll lend you my parent's cabin, choose whichever weekend.." it was irritating enough not being able to read his friend, but it felt worst right now since he was in a hurry. "Means you won't have to visit home" Kun sighed regretting ever telling, Xioajun how much he detested free days. He didn't go too into detail, whining that it was a disadvantage, "Fine" Xiaojun massaged the palm of his hands, feeling victorious,

"This will be our first official party" he'd yelp in excitement, forcing Kun out of bed. "Y/n is really something else, you've never been one to attend parties"

The two had managed to invite their other friend, Sicheng, unlike Xiaojun and Kun he had more experience when it came to these sorts of things. It shocked the newbies since Sicheng was known for carrying one of the highest GPAs, yet he had godly grades. "Hm, you guys look good for it being your first time" the guy compliments, leading the way towards the entrance, he hardly gave attention to their school parties, preferring to go for a couple of drinks at local bars or his family's business, but he didn't have an issue coming to Ten's festivities they were decent enough.
Xiaojun immediately rolled his eyes recollecting whose home he's about to enter, for tonight he wouldn't let it get in his way, he won't allow that clown ruin this.

It was somewhere around midnight when he was certain she didn't arrive, he was on his sixth shot cheering with some random strangers that left Kun as a babysitter, well a babysitter that had a high tolerance. Sicheng was no longer in sight probably keeping himself busy as well, the pair was now left alone, Xiaojun was almost wasted, but he didn't want to get there just yet. The guy wandered into the backyard, his friend following as he grabbed a couple more drinks. People who don't know of them constantly assume they drink often and create destruction whenever they feel like it, but the truth is none of them had ever gotten this hammered. Well actually, there was one time, no one remembers what happened though.

"She's probably with him, Ten Chittaphon- that Ten guy is always ten steps ahead.." Xiaojun laughed, cheeks a rosy shade spreading as his smile grew, Kun shook his head "Is this what second-hand embarrassment feels like?" taking a sip of the vodka, he grinned. "C'mon, I'm funny laugh at my joke dammit!" The intoxicated man would demand with rolled up fists, slamming against the other's back, Kun would then push Xiaojun's palms away, turning to be confronted with him. "You're an idiot" he'd say, chuckling as he witnessed the smaller guy fall back on the grass, he'd fix his legs making sure Xiaojun was comfortable. "How about an A for effort"

Kun's slurs were murmurs to Xiaojun by now, drifting off to dreamland while someone laid next to him. The best friends were the only ones out right now, both surrounded by flickering lights coming from the house that made their vision of the sky seemed like heaven was having their own personal party up there, "A girl made you react this impulsive and attend Ten's party, Chittaphon's fucking party, and now I'm pretty drunk wanting more liquor" Kun ranted, glossy shot eyes roaming around until.. "Found ya!" he whispered to himself as he caught two familiar faces up on the rooftop, he'd then look at his sleeping friend and shifted his gaze back to Ten and Y/n.

"Idiot"

Sicheng danced around the house going from the spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room. He wasn't sure what he wanted to do just yet, positioning the bottle of scotch in between his plump lips and took a few chugs. "They invited me and abandon me, typical" he laughed to himself, swaying around the new room he'd walk into there were many faceless people and he didn't even bother to mingle knowing very well he'll get bored of them a second later.

"Ever popped?" a raspy voice lingered, Sicheng followed it and smirked once he found something new. Yeah, no one was entitled to be labeled as human to him, not unless you were Xiaojun or Kun. 'They're all like little guinea pigs.. Cute and enthusiastic at first, but everyone knows pets slowly become boring'

"I only drink alcohol, if you're trying to roofie me and get in my pants just say you want sex" the stranger ran a hand over his hair, taking the pill, and goes for Sicheng's bottle, downing the rest of it.

"I don't fuck randoms"
