3E class is an extra class in the hero course where people with bad grades (not related in quirk) and people with bad reputation
Of course class 3A would be the new class A but they aren't the protagonists like it is in bnha
I'll only do Asano and Karma cause that's the whole reason why people decided to read this book
Karma
Of course related to his name his quirk is 'karma'
It means bad luck so he can give the people around him back luck
The drawbacks would be he can't control who gets bad luck and who doesn't
But since he is a sadist he doesn't see it as a drawback.
For example, with him around a villain could get stuck in mud and fall down.
He also can't control what bad luck can come to a person, so he can't miraculously make someone fall.
Some people are effected some people aren't and who is and who isn't effected changes on the day
Asano
No surprise his quirk would be 'high iq' meaning he has high intelligence
No surprise his dad would have the same quirk so his quirk came from genetics.
Since he is described as 'perfect' he wouldn't have a drawback or weakness.
Since I don't like assuming things about the reader I won't make a assumption on your quirk
Usually quirks are made depending on personality, hobbies and stuff like that
