What If you brought a dog home

I'll make a cat version for people who don't like dogs

And other animals if requested (please request I have no ideas)

On your way home you saw a dog. You assumed it was a puppy from how small it was and it looked dirty, it also didn't have a color one so you assumed the puppy was homeless.

The puppy looked at you and sat down while trying to give you their paw as a way to ask for food, poor thing must be starving.

You picked the puppy up and walked home

"I'll feed you at home"

The puppy wagged its tail, probably because it recognised the food "feed". Maybe something happened to the owner or the owner threw them out.

(Seriously that's a big problem with animals, owners just throw them away and leave them, we need more (good) animal rescuers)

When you got to the door of your house where you, Karma and Asano live you put your hands behind your back to hide the puppy and opened the door.

"I'm home" you yelled trying to look/sound as naturally as possible like you weren't carrying a whole ass living organism into the house.

Asano was at the couch while writing something on paper at the table, most likely work stuff, while Karma was in the kitchen cooking. Karma only liked his own food for some reason so be insists on cooking most of the time. Both of the looked/Peaked their heads at all from your arrival.

"(Y/N)..." Asano looked at you suspicously "what is that behind your back?"

"Nothing"

Karma walked out it kitchen, still wearing a apron that said 'f*ck the cook' as a play on words for 'kiss the cook'. Karma found it while you 3 were shopping and brought up the idea of having sex on the kitchen counter. You rejected it to say the least.

"What's up?" karma started before seeing you hide something behind the back "what are you hiding?" Karma was interested at seeing what you were hiding.

"Nothing" you repeated

Asano got up and tried looking behind you but you kept moving away from him before he could.

Before Karma could say anything a slightly high pitched bark was heard behind you making the whole room turn silent for a second.

"...... No" Asano said

"Just for tonight"

"No"

"But he's hungry"

"The dog get attached to you if you feed him, just call an animal rescue"

You were holding the puppy in front of you at this point hoping the dogs cuteness would convince Asano, it sadly didn't.

Karma walked up to you and started petting the puppy.

"it wouldn't hurt to keep 'em for a while" Karma scratched the puppy behind their ears as he talked

"Not you too!" Asano complained

"I'll feed him anyway even if you do say no" you pronounced like you just had a character arc of Independence.

Asano sighed whole crossing his arms knowing you were right

"Fine..... Only for one night. Having a dog is too much responsibility..... And get the dog a bath they smell gross"

You and Karma cheered at the victory.

First you fed the puppy, you didn't have dog food for obvious reasons so you stuck too what Karma was making in the kitchen. Which was chicken.

Then you and karma tried bathed the dog, you realised the dog was a she then and she did not like baths at all. She tried hiding behind the plunger that was going to camouflage her. It got to the point where you asked Asano for help and after FINALLY getting her clean all 3 of you were completely wet.

(Not in that way)

Even though Asano at first protested against having the puppy around, he grew to actually care for the puppy and ended up having her on his lap while you 4 watched a movie together.

As the puppy was alone she didn't want to leave any of your sights and ended up sleeping with you 3 together.

The next day, you called a animal rescuer and sadly had to the dog away, you and the dog were sad at first but it was for the best as nobody has the resources to take care of a dog never mind a puppy with severe seperation anxiety.

Maybe one day you'll get a pet and keep it
