The likelihood that Asano has had a birthday is 1%. I say 1% because I'm assuming his dad changed when he was 3 or something so he's had no birthdays that he can remember.
That being said he doesn't understand the point of celebrating or having one big party. But if you want one he won't say no.
Let's just stick with the idea that he spoiled you (with his dad's credit card) and gave you gifts of things throughout the few months before, you were eyeing at store Windows.
Karma also spoils you with gifts but don't think you're safe from his teasing because it's your birthday, he will still tease you.
He gives you a amusement park
A. Because it's fun
B. To hear you scream at roler coasters and haunted houses
He'll tease you about all the things that scared you until your next birthday and the cycle continues
(Just as a bonus) one of his motives for scaring you is because he likes it when you cling onto him. The idea that you feel safe around him to do that makes him happy
Asano would take you to a restaurant, he knows the best places and he takes mental notes on the kind of things you like so the renovations were made with your tastes in mind.
And he will buy you a expensive outfit to take to the fancy restaurant
Also, at the restaurant Asano looks like one of those fancy men you see on the red floor
If you want to have a party then Asano can gladly make one for you with his connections. Although, neither him or Karma will have a good time but if you're happy then they're happy. Asano is better at hiding his distaste for people and so is Karma but Karma will steal prank a few people who he especially doesn't like for whatever reason.
If you don't want any of those and would rather stay inside they are both more then happy to do that. They both will still spoil you with gifts but you both spend all day in bed doing whatever

Good luck getting Asano away from his responsibilities though.
