(Book 2) Karma x male reader x asano

Koro~sensei as a dad figure headcanon's

I know this isn't related to Asano and Karma but Koro~sensei is a big comfort character of mine

⚠️parent death,daddy issues, embrassing father, mention of a lack of father, spoilers to the ending⚠️

Imagine your actual dad died so when Koro~sensei came you got close and had a father and son relationship

(Sometimes I forget this isn't a gender neutral book)

Or imagine if he was your actual dad but because of his assassination job he had to go get milk and never came back. I think he'd feel guilty (as koro~sensei) and wait until telling you.
-damn that would make his death even sadder if he didn't tell you.

He'd 100% be the dad that embarrasses his kid. By showing pictures of you he took at times or by cheering you on at the baseball game.

He'd keep tabs on your relationship with Karma and Asano and definitely shipped it before you 3 got together. And he'd definitely go to the principal and be dotting parents together

(The principle is canonly a dotting parent, in case you didn't know)

Everyone knows koro~sensei s̶t̶a̶l̶k̶s̶ observers people to make sure they're okay. He especially observers you to make sure your okay (and see your love life)

Unlike alot of parents he is smart enough to not pressure you or overly stress you out. He also wouldn't do anything that would negatively change your opinion on him (unless it it was something like giving you a bad grade because you did bad on a test, but he'd give you study tips and help you if he has the time)

Koro~sensei secretly has favoritism. Like he'd let you go unpunished if you and Karma and Asano were showing pda in school. But Karma is getting a detention because apart of him is a protective dad.
And he wants a raise so he won't do anything to Asano.

He'd spend time with you, by teaching you how to cook, help you study, etc.

Again he wants you to have a good opinion on him so he'd clean up or try and make himself look his best (I can imagine him combing his bold yellow head)

You probably wouldn't know he's actually your dad if you are biologically related considering him being the reaper people would target his family. But I like to think he wanted to be a dad so he'd use his teaching job as a advantage to make up for lost time.

If you're not biologically related he's more then happy to fill the role as the father figure but he'd remind you that he doesn't want to replace your actual dad but he's more then happy to be a figure that you look up to because he knows it's a comfort for you.

He tries to get secrets out of you for his log book filled with secrets his students have.

The ultimate dotting parent and helicopter parent. (Not a strict helicopter parent)

Tries to be the cool fun dad.

There is always a shit ton of sweets for you, if you like sweet foods. But despite him putting them in there for you they still disappear when a flash of yellow flies past.

Sometimes he cries from a mix of happy and sad because he realises your growing up.

Praises you when you do something. Even if it's something that would be seen as simple but hard for you, or even if an art piece is seen as 'mediocre' but your proud of it.

Is it obvious koro~sensei is my comfort character yet?

He coddle's you a bit, especially if you were as young as 0-8 during the time. He still would coddle you as a teen but keeps up his profession as a teacher.
That doesn't mean he won't embarrass you in front of your classmates by coddling you in front on them.

He'd be the dad that when you come out he'd be overly supportive and give you rainbow coloured everything. Not in a overwhelming way but in a adorable way. But he'd also make a speech on how you were brave to come out and all that.

You'd be force to have extra mini lessons with him in the middle of you two having a moment. Like he did when him, Karma and Nagisa were going to Hawaii.

In your house you'd find post it notes of a simple drawing of a octopus with a bit of writing that would say something like 'remember to have breakfast' or 'you know where to find me if your need help' stuff like that.

He's a protective dad so if you get hurt in anyway he will be PISSED. He knows you can take care of yourself and you'd handle it on your own but if he thinks justice has not been served he'll take care of it himself.

When your classmates call him out on his favortism he's frantically disagree with the accusation while he's making you breakfast in the middle of class.

He keeps tabs on your health, physical and mental. He knows what you teenagers are like

"You've been there for a very long time you're either doing drugs or very Constipated from using drugs" -yes even in the funny voice damien uses.

Purposely uses old slang in the wrong way just to see you suffer and cringe, and says he's being "hip with the kids yo"

He's in love with the idea of matching father and son outfits

You know how he always changes into different outfits? For some he has a mini verson of those outfits for you to wear.

"I will talk about my son for 10 hours straight and you will enjoy it"

I can imagine koro sensei and principle Asano competing like from dream daddy.
"My son is on top of his class"
"My son knows how to play 6 different instruments"
"My son knows how to play 8"
"My son can assassinate someone"
"My son can take someone's head off with a basketball"
"My son's the top"
"My son grew up with a dad"
It got personal real quick

Karma: you know this guy is cute but his dad is just so annoying
Principle and Koro~sensei: ...... Listen here you little shit

"You know when I was your age............"

"Did you see that?!? That's my son right there!Look at how amazing he is! That's my son! I raised him!"

Maybe because he's your dad he'd prefer if you kill him. Cause in the end he didn't want to be seen as a threat and the episode is about how koro sensei was never the villain but actually the hero or earth so I think having a final father and son moment would emphasise that.
I don't know why I'm analysing like Y/N is a actual character in assassination classroom but for me it's fun to analyze things so don't judge me.

I'm stuck between if Koro sensei was your actual dad but had to leave. If he would make up for lost time or keep a distance considering he wanted to keep his past locked away. Obviously he'd eventually tell you because in the end he told his students about him being the reaper.

Has a 'worlds best dad' mug that he probably uses all the time.

It's kinda sad if you think about how you only got one year with your dad and it had to be spent killing him. Not knowing if it would fail or not and also finding out that your dad is threatening to blow up the earth.

You got him those dad birthday cards.

For your birthday he got you a big box full of shredded Paper and you had to dig around to find your presents.

You'd probably be on the blue team on the blue vs red now that I think about it. Which would (probably) piss karma off.

I can imagine how many times you were used as a distraction for assassination attempts.
