This poem is not a part of the book, I just felt like publishing it because. . Well, it's just a hard time for me, and this is my only release <3

This is for my stupid brother in law who's leaving me and moving to another country.

You were different.

There was no one who loved me like you.

No one who smiled around me constantly

No one who smiled harder around me. Not the way you did

When both our lives were falling apart.

And your love was the purest

You didn't ask for anything but my embrace

Your silver eyes

The ones that turn green and blue

When hit by the sunlight

They shone,

They shone brighter when I was around you

And everyone wondered

What world we were in

When our eyes caught and our lips curled

When we lay tangled in each other's arms

You were the only family I really had

The one who'd always have my back

To you

To our hearts. .

To the one love I received

Without hurting all the while.

To the one who now departs <3
