"Memoir University" ay itinayo sa isang malaking abandonadong mansion matagal na panahon na ang nakakaraan.

Zenon Romero, who had just started teaching at the university, got lost in one of the old buildings na kinatatakutang puntahan ng mga estudyante.

Zenon, the new professor, accidentally meets a girl named Zera who reveals herself as a ghost with no memories except the name 'Zera'.

Since her body and regrets are tied to Memoir University, Lugar kung saan siya namatay makes her soul unable to leave the school ground kahit na gustuhin nya pa.

Zera is easy-going and her sweet personality caught Zenon's attention.

Throughout their time together, the two became close to each other.

The more Zenon got closer to Zera the more he didn't want Zera to vanish into thin air once her soul was set free.

If she can remember and accept the reason why she is still trapped as a ghost, her final wish will be fulfilled..
