Chapter 7: To Barkingberg

Tracker's P.O.V

I wake up before any of the other pups and sit under a tree in deep thought. I'm happy that Roxie and Chase are mates and Marshall's mate Ella is here but I wish that Sweetie was here to.

"You ok Track?" A voice asks behind me I turn around and see Roxie. "Morning Rox I'm fine just thinking." I tell her. "About what?" Roxie asks me.

"Skye and Zuma are always together so are Rocky and Everest as well as you and Chase and Ella visits Marshall every few days but I only see Sweetie whenever we have a mission in Barkingberg." I say.

"You miss her don't you?" Roxie asks me. "Yeah I do." I tell her. "I'll leave you to think then Track and if you need to get something off your chest I'm here for you." Roxie says giving me a friendly nuzzle.

"Thanks Rox I feel better now." I say returning the friendly nuzzle and then Roxie walks away leaving me to my thoughts.

Sweetie's P.O.V

It's been roughly three mouths since I last saw the Paw Patrol and my mate Tracker when I helped them stop the Duke of Flappington and I miss him.

I would do anything to have with me all the time but I can't ask him to come and live with me in the castle it wouldn't be fair to make him choose between the Paw Patrol or me.

The Earl and Princess have given me space and I'm glad they have. "I miss you Tracker." I say laying down on a pillow next to the throne unaware that the Earl was behind the corner and listening.

Roxie's P.O.V

I just walk into the control of the Lookout and see Ryder just getting off his pup pad. "Morning Roxie." Ryder says. "Morning Ryder I'm worried about Tracker." I say.

"Let me guess he's missing Sweetie." Ryder says. "How did you know Ryder?" I ask him. "Because the Earl of Barkingberg just called and told me she's missing him so we're going to Barkingberg." Ryder says.

"Nice I'll head down to the Air Patroller then." I say getting in the lift with Ryder. "Robo dog we need the Air Patroller. Paw Patrol to the Air Patroller." Ryder says into his pup pad.

We all run to the Air Patroller and head up the ramp. "Wait where's Marshall?" Skye asks. "Incoming!" Tuck yells. I look up and see Marshall flying through the air.

Marshall crashes into Tuck and they roll up the ramp colliding with the other pups and I. "Sorry pups I tripped on my pup pack." Marshall says and I roll my eyes.

Marshall, Ella, Rocky, Everest, Rex, and Chase sit on the left side of the Air Patroller while Skye, Zuma, Rubble, Tuck, Coral, Tracker and I sit on the right side.

"Paw Patrol ready for action Ryder sir." Chase says. "Thanks for racing over pups the Earl has asked if we want to stay at the castle for a few days and I've said yes as we can all use a break." Ryder says.

I see Tracker perk up slightly and I smile at him. Tracker and I have grown closer together Tracker is like the brother I never had and I'm like the sister he never had.

Time skip to underwater HQ in Barkingberg

When we get to Barkingberg the twins, Rex, Coral and I are amazed to see we have an underwater HQ. Robo dog lands the Air Patroller and we all race to the lift and it goes down.

When we reach the main floor I see a smaller version of the Paw Patroller waiting for us. "Pups to the mission cruiser." Ryder says and we all hop in.

We sit in the same positions we did on the Air Patroller. "Robo dog put your pedal to the medal." Ryder says and Robo dog guns the engine driving down a tunnel.

A few seconds later we are in the streets of Barkingberg driving to the castle. When we get to the castle a person who I'm guessing is the Earl is waiting for us.

"Welcome Paw Patrol and who are these five pups?" The man asks Ryder. "Hello Earl and I'll tell you who these pups are when we see the Princess ." Ryder says.

"Of course I understand you probably only want to have to introduce the pups once this way." The Earl says walking into the castle and we follow him.

When we walk in I see a white terrier laying on a pillow and a young girl about Ryders age sitting on a throne. When the terrier and Tracker see each other they both run and meet in the middle.

"I've missed you Tracky." The terrier says. "I've missed you too mi Amore." Tracker says licking her cheek. The other pups and I smile seeing Tracker happy.

"Princess it's nice to see you again." Ryder says to the girl on the throne. "And you too Paw Patrol and who are these five pups?" The Princess asks repeating the Earl's earlier question.

"Princess, Earl and Sweetie this is Marshall's mate Ella..." Ryder says pointing to Ella. "Her twin brother Tuck..." Ryder says pointing to Tuck.

"This is Tuck's mate and Skye's cousin Coral." Ryder says pointing to Coral. "This is Rex." Ryder says pointing to Rex. "And this is Chase's mate Roxie." Ryder says pointing to me. "They are the most recent members of the Paw Patrol." Ryder says.

"Nice to meet you Five." The Princess says. "You to your majesty." Ella, Tuck, Coral, Rex and I say together. "Well all you pups are gonna be sleeping in Sweeties room I hope that's ok Sweetie?" The Princess asks Sweetie.

"Of course it is my Princess. Follow me pups." Sweetie says walking down one of the hallways with Tracker next to her and we all follow.

As we walk I see Sweetie lean on Tracker, Skye lean on Zuma, Everest lean on Rocky Coral lean on Tuck and Ella lean on Marshall I lean on Chase too.

A few minutes later we arrive at a double door and Sweetie opens it revealing a pink room with white stripes on the walls. "Nice digs Sweetie." Everest says.

"Thanks pups pick anywhere to sleep but Tracky and I get my pup bed. Also how long ago did you, Rex, Coral, Ella and Tuck join the Paw Patrol. And when did Marshall ,Tuck and Chase ask the three of you to be their respective mate Roxie?" Sweetie asks me.

"Well my brother and I joined the Paw Patrol after a villain named Ladybird stole our pup tags and the other pups were busy so Ryder asked us to help after the mission we became members but our main mission is stopping the Ladybird but she's been quite for the past week and Marshall and I became mates about a month after." Ella says as her and Marshall lay next to the wall.

Tuck and Coral lay a few feet from Ella and Tuck. "I joined the PAW Patrol when Ryder stumbled upon my home in the Dino Wilds and I'm the Dino expert." Rex says.

"I joined the PAW Patrol on a mission to Save my home of Puplantis when a mer-pup tried to raise Puplantis to the surface. And before you ask I was once a normal land pup but I chose to be a Mer-pup. And Tuck and I became mates a month after." Coral says.

"I joined the Paw Patrol a few days after Chase saved me from being raped then killed by these two Rottweilers named Buddy and Buster they wanted me to be there mate but I refused and ran then they cornered me in an ally and that's when Chase stepped in and fought them off and Chase and I became mates yesterday." I say.

"Woah I'm sorry I asked now." Sweetie says. "Don't be Sweetie and if they come after me again my blue knight will deal with them." I say snuggling with Chase.

"That I will my little hacker that I will." Chase says licking my cheek. "And we will help him." Marshall says as Zuma, Rocky, Tuck, Tracker and Rubble nod. "I'd help but I'd be a liability." Rex says.

"Well it's getting late pups we should all get some sleep." Rubble says. "Agreed but first I have to say this mission complete." I say and the other pups look at me strangely. "What do you mean Rox?" Tracker asks me.

"Well Track I know you were depressed about being apart from Sweetie so I told Ryder who just got off his pup pad with the Earl who told him that Sweetie was depressed about being away from you so that's why we came to Barkingberg." I tell them.

"That's my girl always worried about others as well as herself." Chase says. "Thank you Rox." Tracker and Sweetie say together. "No problem." I say. With that said we all slowly drift to sleep.
