I'm so happy that this book has this many reads. Thank you.

Atreus paced in arena, the Blades of Chaos in his hands and his father stood next to him. He was learning how to fight with them in preparation for the upcoming battle with the Jotnar, Dark Elves and Hel. And his brother. "Can you really fight you own brother?" Freydis said as she walked over. Something snapped in Atreus, "Loki betrayed us! He left his post at Valhalla on purpose, he let the Giants in. He let my mother die! I can never forgive him, he has become an enemy of Asgard. And I will kill him." With that he stormed off. Kratos sighed and spoke in his deep voice, "I have been in his place before. Ares tricked me into killing my family, so I killed him and the other gods. This will lead him down a dark path, only you can save him from that."

Over the next few days, Atreus' rage increased. One day, he was fighting a group of cambers and his tattoos appeared. A faint red glow surrounded him as he entered Spartan Rage. He punched the campers until they were on the ground and he was breathing heavily. His rage remained. He started to scream in agony as his anger was unleashing his wolf side. The massive black wolf growled at the cowering demigods. Zoe rushed to the area, hearing his screams, and approached him. She had to jump back as he snarled at her. Freydis ran in but stopped when she Atreus in wolf form. She slowly walked towards him, despite the others' protests. Immediately when Atreus' gaze shifted to Freydis, he calmed down and lowered his body onto his stomach. Zoe felt disappointed that she didn't have that affect on him. When Freydis reached him, she crouched in front of him and stroked the mane of fur on his neck. They stayed there until everyone left and Jake brought some clothes for when Atreus turned back. He eventually did and hugged Freydis for comfort, who immediately hugged back. "It's ok. You don't have to be closed off. You can tell if something is wrong." "I don't know if I can do this. All of this. Go into battle against my niece and brother. The brother who taught me how to fight. Not to mention Jake's father. My rage is getting the better of me. But more so is my fear. The fear that I will not see you in Valhalla. I have made many bad decisions. I let my negative emotions drive me but it is both my happiness and anger that fuels my abilities and gives me control. I don't know how to lead the camp against my own family. Please help me." "I will always stand by you." During his speech, Atreus had begun to cry and so had Freydis. He kissed her and then they walked to the woods where they spent they night together. (They had sex but I don't want to write about it)

Atreus continued to train with the blades and axe. He knew a battle was coming, he just didn't know when. High above, in Olympus, the Gods gazed upon the camp, at the preparing campers. "They are too young to be fighting this war!" Poseidon yelled. "It does not matter, we cannot interfere," responded Athena. Ares spoke up, in a tone that surprised them all, "they are afraid. You can see the fear in their eyes. They don't want to die. They are scared. Except for that one," he pointed out Atreus on the IM, "he does not fear death. He embraces it, he awaits it. He is still scared but not of death. I have not done good things. But I have done unimaginable things to that boy's father. I must atone for my wrong doings. We will vote on our participation in helping them, everyone has the power in this vote, even you father. Now, who votes to aid our children in the coming war." Athena, Hestia, Aphrodite, Hades, Artemis, Ares, Hera, Demeter, Hephaestus, Apollo and Poseidon raised their hand. Zeus yelled in defeat while the others flashed down to Camp Half Blood. Poseidon announced to the campers, "we have come to help you prepare." Atreus stepped forward, "then we thank you and the Allfather." But suddenly both him and Freydis disappeared.

I know how the most of the book will go from now on but some parts I still have to work on and figure out. Sorry this one is shorter than others. Thank you to all those who read this. Vote, comment, tell others. Stay safe.
