Attack on Haikyuu

Their official duty starts the next morning. Daichi has assembled all who joined Karasuno on top of the wall seperating the inner fields of Wall Maria and Trost District.

"Okay, is everyone here?" Their captain asked. All of the cadets nod before they start their assessment.

"I'm sure all of you knows how the 3d maneuvering gear works. Our task here is very simple. We just need to protect the citizens leaving here. If we need some help, Seijoh is just right around the corner. Before we start, I would like to introduce you to go your vice captain, Koshi Sugawara." Daichi said before giving the floor to a silver haired guy.

As their vice captain introduces himself, Shouyou and Tadashi are both busy talking on the back.

"Yamaguchi, you should calm down. This is a wide platform, we will not fall on top of this." His friend said as he tried to calm him down.

Tadashi has a fear of height. And knowing how they got here stresses him out.

"I know that, but what if the Colossal titan appears infront of us right now? That will be terrifying!" Tadashi exclaimed.

Shouyou sighed before getting hit by a random pebble. He looks around him, trying to find the culprit before spotting Tsukishima who is silently laughing at him.

"This asshole is so annoying." He mumbles under his breath before ignoring the taller guy.

After Sugawara's introduction, they were assigned to posts all around Trost. And due to Shouyou's bad luck, he is stucked with Tobio Kageyama and Kei Tsukishima.

"Well well, isn't it fun?" Tsukishima asked as he leans beside the canon. Shouyou gritted his teeth before rolling his eyes at him.

"Hey, enough of that. We should do what our captain has told us." Tobio said before walking towards the crate that holds the canon balls.

Shouyou went to him and helped him stuffed the canon balls inside the canon, leaving Tadashi with Tsukishima.

"So, how did you and Hinata met?" Tsukishima asked. Tadashi looks at him before scratching his nape.

"We're both orphans. Our parents both died four years ago. We actually met inside the barn after I found him unconscious. He is with his little sister at that time. I don't know how he got there, in the middle of the forest." He said while adjusting the straps of his maneuvering gear.

The taller guy nods before minding his own business again.

"What should I call you? Should K call you Kei?" The brunette asked. Tsukishima looks at him before shaking his head, telling him that that is what his brother calls him.

"How about Tsuki? Tsuki sounds nice." He said. Tsukishima sighs before nodding, agreeing with what Tadashi said.

"They are starting to get along." Shouyou said to his other teammate. Tobio just chuckled and nod at him.

"Hey Kageyama, why did you decided to join the military?" He suddenly asked the raven haired boy.

Tobio looks at him before tying the crate back.

"Because I want to. I want to drive those titans away." He simply answered.

Shouyou nods before looking over the houses beneath them. It's almost five years since Wall Maria was breached. And he is getting confident that nothing bad will happen. Or atleast.

Suddenly, thunder was heard and a lightning bolt strike the ground just outside Trost district.

He slowly turns around, revealing the same titan who breached Wall Maria. The colossal titan.

"What the-" Tsukishima hasn't finished his sentence when the titan delivers a powerful kick right at the gates, sending debris flying all throughout the district.

"This is not happening. It just made a hole." Shouyou said before firing a hook on the titan's head. He then decides to kill the titan, but the steam it released is hot enough to repel anyone who dares to get closer.

"W-what?! Where did it go?" Shouyou asked, confused as to where the sixty meter tall titan went.

"Shouyou! Grab my hand." Tadashi said as he extend his hand out to help his friend back on top of the wall.

Mindless titans soon begun to pour in of the hole, making people panic.

"Karasuno! Remember the drill. Kill all of them! Avoid casualties. And avoid getting eaten." Their captain said before jumping off the wall.

The others followed him as the titan killing bonanza begins.
