When Hinata felt better, he went back to training, but this time with Daichi since Ushijima got busy with the military police works again.

Kageyama and Hinata are both punching the fallen log, to build up their endurance.

As they do so, Hinata is still bothered on how the memories came in his head. He never knew who it was but he saw his father's point of view; chained and restricted on top of a platform.

"Is it bothering you again?" Kageyama asked as he stops to check on him.

Hinata looks at him before shaking his head, denying the fact that it is actually bothering him.

"I don't know. I was just curious to how I got this. All I saw was my dad all chained up and a tiny version of me was crying infront of him." He explained before sitting on the green grass.

Daichi notices the sudden break from the two, letting them rest for a minute.

Kageyama sighs before sitting right next to him, thinking about what he can do to help the shorter guy.

Flashback

"You know, when I was still in Marley as a prisoner. I was so eager to get the freedom I want. So, when the chaos happened. I took the opportunity and ate one of the shifters." Kageyama said, reminiscing the day he got his powers.

"On this very day, we declare war on Paradis!" The people cheered as they finally get revenge on the devils that once destroyed their homeland.

Kageyama was one of the detainee that witnessed how the Marleyans enslave the Eldians that they have caught.

While the people of Marley cheers for their plans, am explosion was heard just outside their walls. A titan taller than their walls and as large as a mountain; let's out a scream. A scream so deadly it turned every Eldian into titans.

The chaos starts, and Kageyama was turned into a mindless titan. Marley deployed their titan shifters, not knowing what the founding titan can do.

The battle happened and almost every Marleyans were eaten. The founding titan controlled the remaining shifters, and made them turn against their own nation.

Kageyama has still some memories left in his brain. He made his way towards one of the immobile shifter, and ate the person inside it.

He collapsed on the floor, blacking out as he got seperated from his titan body. He looks around and saw the mindless titans eat the people around him.

He took the opportunity and hopped on to the Eldian bandits' ship on their way to Paradis.

End of Flashback

"And that is how I ended up here." Kageyama ended his tell tale, glancing over the satisfied male beside him.

While they are busy talking to one another, telling stories of the past. Someone is sabotaging everyone inside the walls.

"An aerial attack? If they do that, no one will survive."

"That's the point. We need to capture the founder. If Kenma agrees to this, he will come and lure the titans towards the survey corps."

He clicked his tongue before adjusting his glasses. He never thought everything is going as planned. Now that they have reported Hinata as the founding titan back to Marley, it only takes a matter of time before they win this war against Eldia and the world.

"Let's just hope it'll work. When are they coming?"

"Dawn. When the sun rises, so does the airship. You need to use your nuke and wreck Trost. Don't let anyone live."

"Wow, I thought you want to protect mankind, captain?"

"Not anymore. We need to go back home."

And with that, they left their secret hide out and went back to pretending that they are good guys and their ally.
