Peter texted me at the worse possible time. It was during one of my missions. We were meant to retrieve a file containing information on what Hydra was planning. But as Steve, Clint and I were sneaking into the base, my phone went of with a notification from Peter.

It alerted the guards near us and after that, more and more guards kept coming.

"Hold on I gotta take this." I say casually as I take out my phone and start texting mid battle. Steve looks at me like I'm insane and Clint just looks like he's over my shit.

I'm currently leaning on a wall telling peter that I'm in a life or death situation, which I technically am, when Steve starts yelling for help. God he's such a baby.

"Natasha get off your phone and help us!"

"In a minute!" I shout back at him.

"Nat, what have I said about texting while fighting?" Clint asks while shooting an arrow at some Hydra solider who was coming at me.
