Jungkook snarls, pupils dilated in fear , his hands trembling pushing the girl behind, using himself as her shied as they staggered backward with each heavy step of the inhuman being
Might of the fierce storm...
" Guys I don't know where are the eggs ? i'm trying to cook breakfas-oh!" Garry opened the unlocked door to be greeted by 'v' and 'pal' 'cuddling' together on bed
"understandable" without any further words he stepped back in reverse on his quest to find eggs leaving the sleeping boy with the demon who was awake the whole time staring at the beauty in his arms , his face is tired because of pulling all nighters , shade of dark circles underneath his eyes but his smile is refreshed , only if he could kiss his angel but it will wake him up and hell forbid he can ever do that.
" My pretty pretty other half~ , my darling~ , my heartbeat~ " he peppered Jung Kook's face with feathery small kisses , too soft to wake him up , laying his head down , he finally closes his eyes.
the moment Taehyung's eyes opened again, he is alone in the room , his arms empty and he straightens immediately running downstairs calling jungkook's name , his heart is beating furiously and numerous 'what if ' are fogging his mind .
what if jungkook left him , what if he is in danger , what if he is mad at him and won't like to see his face ever again.
just then jungkook emerged from kitchen with toast between his teeth and boiled egg in his one hand and his phone in another , upon noticing demon's panicked look , panting holding the door by both his hands for support he tilts his head in question
Taehyung's gaze fell on food in jungkook's hand and he falls on his knees with a cry of relief , he almost broke his own home brick by brick to find him , glad he's still here.
jungkook is so confused watching demon on his knees with dramatic cry and incoherent complaints that he can't understand , nibbling on the toast , he offers the boiled egg to him concluding that the demon ran all the way here because he's hungry, after all he have seen his apatite before.
of course hunger can bring anyone on their knees , demon's are no different.
he nods on his conclusion but the demon makes a complaining crying face on him with boiled eggs in front of his face as if he can't believe he's offering him eggs
of course he is afterall he is a good boy .
Jungkook gave the demon ' his' eggs , boiled at 'his' home , on 'his' stove with satisfaction of giving donation to a poor starved man , pleased with himself went back to kitchen to grab another boiled egg for himself leaving a dumbfounded demon on the door kneeling with freshly boiled eggs in his hands.
While all this happened , Garry fed on his sixth pancake sitting on the counter of the kitchen. . . . .
" What are you doing?"
Taehyung turned on his seat wearing glasses ,holding his phone . previously taehyung asked to borrow his phone and it's been three hours and he's still on his phone making jungkook curious who's walking toward the demon to peak what is he doing on his phone.
" I'm reading about love " Taehyung smiled looking at jungkook who stopped on his tracks , putting his glasses down on table giving full attention to his angel standing surprised on the door .
" why?"
"why not ?"
jungkook's shoulders tensed , why would demon want to learn about love , what's he trying to achieve , leaving him in uncomfortable awkward place.
" You don't actually need to learn about love " he licks his lips " it's not a emotion but mixture of them all , why sudden interest in it?"
" For you " Taehyung's gentle smile tightened his throat , he wants to walk away but still he wants to know more.
" what do you mean ?" jungkook's breathe fastened and his voice low
" i want to make you feel loved so i'm gonna learn how to love you "
Demon's boxy smile looks so determined and innocent , he can't look away , his pulse fastened as his stomach cramped in tingling sensation , he steps backward wanting to run away while a part of him wants to stay more .
he gulps while shakily nodding before running to his room and locking it from inside , he can't understand why the demon is taking all this pain on himself for him every.single.time ,
his heart is beating fast as his mind wanders , he have always made sure that he makes everything difficult for the demon, to not submit, to disobey him but he's still smiling at him, caring for him, now obeying his needs and on top of that wanting to love him too
He closes his eyes taking big puffs of air glancing around the room which is specifically made for him so that he feels like home. It only makes his heart clench
He can't help it now, his thoughts are shifting from his own pain and misery to how much he's feeling guilty about this all.
Trying to remember at least a single memory of him being gentle or calm with the demon and though the demon was pain in the butt at moments but compared to him, he himself have always been rude and rebellious to him even when he was treated good.
His self reflection is making his heart heavy and his head spin, he feels like a bad guy even though he got pulled in this mess forcefully but if the demon is trying to change, trying to set aside his aged ego and accept his vulnerability and desperation for him Maybe he should change too and clear the way from his side to make things better between them Afterall they are stuck with each other ,if he wants it or not.
He will give both him and Taehyung second chance
