*A year later in December*

Christmas is in two days, and I was trying to think of what to get Daniel. I decided to get a little creative and make something instead of buying it. I went to Target and bought a black picture frame. Then, I got some pictures of me and Daniel, and put it the frame. I wrote a note, put it in the frame, then wrapped it. I heard Mrs. LaRusso and Daniel come home and hid it under my bed.

"Hey baby!" Daniel said, kissing me on the cheek. "Hey! You're in a good mood." I said. "Yeah, I just can't wait to give you your present." He said excitedly. I smiled, then out on a fake frown. "Aw I feel so bad! I didn't get you anything!" I lied. "Don't worry about it! You don't have to get me anything. I already have all I need."

"And what is that?" I ask. "You." He said, winking. "Aw, you're so sweet!" I gave him a hug, then sat back down on my bed.

Mrs. LaRusso knocked on the door and slowly opened it. "Hey (y/n), I just got a call from someone who says she's your aunt," I looked at her with a confused look. "She said her name was Isabella," I cut her off, "Aunt Isabella?!" I said excitedly.

She nodded. "She was wondering if you wanted to spend Christmas with the family this year, she even bought you a ticket to fly to New York." She told me, holding a ticket in her hand, which I guess she got from the mail.

"I haven't seen my family since I moved here!" I said. "So you're gonna go?" Daniel asked a little disappointed. I looked at him but before I could say anything, Mrs. LaRusso said, "Daniel, let (y/n) do what she wants. If she wants to go, let her go. Don't stop her. (Y/n), if you wanna go, go ahead sweetie, ok? Don't let us stop you from doing what you wanna do." I smiled at her, then looked at Daniel.

I looked at both of them, "I'll think about it." I said.
