4 years later...
Duyon's POV
It was late in the evening and I was still reading the documents in my office of my new patient arriving tomorrow at the mental institution. Leo's document is very complicated and weird.
The 18-year-old boy is suspected of murdering his father. His father's death is written as suicide but they are reopening the investigation to see if it really is suicide.
The big problem is, Leo is a psychopath who knows exactly how to play with people, his psychiatrist wrote in his document. The boy has also refused to talk to detectives about his father. He refused to provide answers about his father to anyone who spoke to him about his father or even his family.
His mother committed suicide four years ago and he has lived alone with his father ever since then. The big reason Leo was brought here by his psychiatrist and the court is to treat him for his antisocial behavior and his disorder.
There was almost nothing about him in the document. Only which school he went to and which disorder he has now. I have to test him further to see if he has any other disorders that they have not been able to test him for.
Someone is knocking on my door. "Yes?" I said after the door opened and Kei entered my office.
''Did you read the document completely?'' Kei asked me before sitting on the seat in front of my seat so we were looking at each other in the eyes.
Kei is a good friend of mine and a colleague who works together with me in my mental institution here in Tokyo. He's a doctor who specializes in medication for mentally ill patients. He also does health checks ups in the mental institution for the patients to see if they are healthy.
''I didn't read everything but it's very complicated. How are we going to deal with this case?'' I asked him in a serious tone before looking at the picture of Leo. The guy looked young in the picture and he didn't look like some who would kill his father. But how does a killer looks like?
''The kindest people are most of the time the serial killers in society. Looks don't define if you can be a killer or not. Even children can kill their parents at home. That tells you a lot about who can and can't kill'' Nameless told me inside my head. I smiled when I heard him. His wise words are always amazing to hear coming out the mouth of someone who is only sixteen years old.
I still can't believe he's the younger of the two of us. Neron on the other hand is only good at causing problems or making me furious, that's his talent.
''Why are you smiling?'' Kei asked me in a hard tone before standing up. I also stood up and followed him to the medical room where we treat sick patients.
''Nothing, but are you really going to help me with this one?" I asked him in a serious tone before looking at the pills he took from the drawer next to his desk. He put the two boxes of pills on his table before he picked up a few documents from his office table. "A new pill has come up on the market that helps with treating psychopaths," He told me.
''The pill will ensure that psychopaths will be able to feel more emotions that they don't have. For example, they will feel that people can get hurt by their actions. The pill will help them to empathize with people'' He said before sitting down on his seat.
