darkest thoughts
eccentric thoughts happening,
circulating —
making its presence known
sometimes i give in, mostly,
entertain —
embracing its fragility
troubled dreams occurring,
haunting —
slowly and surely creeping in
sometimes i ignore, usually,
mull over —
till my mind hurts and tire
and my heart loses its desire.
