Riele's pov

For the past two weeks everything has been going great. Jace and I are now pretty close. Not dating yet, but still we flirt a lot.

Owen is pretty open now. He tells me most of his secrets and I even share mine with him. I just wish my mom was back from her damn field.

"If Y is equal to 9, what's the value of X according to the equation on the board?" The teacher asked. I did know the answer but I was too lazy to raise my hand.

"Yes Justin,"

"X is equal to 3," Justin answered.

"Correct, now let's move to the second-," the teacher said as he was interrupted by the principal opening the door.

"Good morning everyone, sorry for interrupting your lesson but we have a new student," she smiled while motioning the student to get in.

She was a black slim girl. She had her hair curled which was reaching her neck. She was wearing a short baby blue skirt and a plain white crop top.

"She will introduce herself," the principal said as she walked out and closed the open door.

"My name is Daniella Perkins. Am from London," she said but she was staring at Jace the whole time. Weird right?

"Okay, Miss Downs can you shift to that chair in the back over there," The teacher asked.

"Thanks but no!" I smiled.

I didn't mean to be rude but how can I sit in the back?

"Dont be rude Downs! Just move," he said but that was a no!

"Why should Rie move, the new girl can sit at the back!" Jay said.

"Because,,,,,,, okay fine Perkins you can take a sit besides Justin,"

She made her way to the back but she glared at me and Jace as well. She is such a weirdo and I can smell trouble from her.

Jay was looking terrified but I couldn't ask him since we were still learning.

~Timeskip~ Lunch~

I was pretty hungry today since I just had an apple for breakfast.

"Rie, what will you get for lunch?" Jay asked.

"Some fries and wings with orange juice," I replied.

"Okay,"

Jace got some spaghetti and meatballs while I got what I wanted.

We started heading to our favorite bench where we usually sit during lunch time everyday.

"Oops," a girl said and I nearly fall down until Jace caught me.

"Dan! What was that about?" Jay raised his voice.

"You are just worried that I made her trip, ha! That's just nothing compared to what I will do to her if she doesn't keep her distance away from you!" She gave me a stinky face and walked away.
