Ali's POV
It's our last day in Bora Bora and, I'm currently trying to read while Ash is out surfing. I watch Ash catch wave after wave periodically, but I can't help notice this guy off to my right staring at me. I look in his direction for a split second and he starts walking over to me. Before I know it he is sitting next to me. He looks to be about in his mid-twenties with sandy blonde hair and green eyes, he's got a lean build, but he's got nothing on my wife. "Hi I'm Max." He introduced and stuck out his hand with a smile. "Ali." I say and shake his hand. "I couldn't help, but wonder what a beautiful lady was doing sitting here alone, and I thought you could use the company." He says. Is he seriously trying to hit on me right now? "I appreciate the complement, but I'm actually here with my wife so..." I say. "Come on, let me take you to dinner tonight? I'm sure your friend won't mind." He says. "Listen buddy, like I told you before I am married and happily married to that woman in the water over there." I point over to Ash in the water. "And if you can't tell I'm kinda pregnant and if my wife sees you trying to get me to go to dinner with you, you got another thing coming for you because she is a Marine and is not afraid to stick for people she loves, even if it means breaking a bone or two." I tell him, as I see Ash walking towards us.
"And she definitely doesn't appreciate when someone is hitting on her wife." Ash says from behind the guy and his eyes go wide. She puts her hand on his shoulder and he gulps. "I'm going to give you some advice. If a woman tells you that she is married just walk away and if she is pregnant leave her alone. Do you understand me?" She says. "Yes ma'am." He says. "Good, now scram." She says. He runs so fast that he leaves a cloud of dust behind. "Now to make sure he knows that you're taken, there is only one thing left to do." We lean in and our lips connect in a deep kiss, and when we pull back I see the guy looking at us and his face is bright red. I join Ash in the ocean and we swim and fool around with each other. After swimming for a bit we head back to the hut and relax before dinner. We were sitting out on the deck when I feel a strong kick against my hand that is resting on my belly. "Oh!" I exclaimed when I felt the kick and Ash looks at me all confused. I take her hand and put it on my belly. When she feels the kick, her face lights up like it did when I said I would marry her. "Was that-," I cut her off. "You're son making his presence known? Yes." I tell her. She positions herself between my legs and moves her hands around my belly to try and get him to kick again. "Come on bubba do it again." She presses her lips to my belly and he kicks right where her lips are. She giggles against my belly when he kicks against her lips again. "Are you saying hi bubba?" She asks and he kicks in response. "I'll take that as a yes." She chuckles. While she is having a conversation with our son, I pull out my phone and record this little moment. When she finishes, I stop recording and put down my phone. She leaves loving kisses all over my belly and rests her chin there looking up at me, while I run my fingers through her wide, wind blown hair trying to tame it. "You're so adorable." I tell her and she leans up for a loving kiss. "Love you." She mumbles against my lips. "Love you too." I say, when our lips separate. "Come on let's go get ready for dinner." She says standing up and helping off the lounge chair I was in.
We shower and get dressed. I put on a light grey summer dress and a pair of flip flops, my hair down, my normal amount of makeup and a pair of diamond earrings. Ash is wearing a blue floral patterned hawaiian shirt and kaki shorts, a pair of flip flops also, and her hair in a messy-ish do, that looks like she just got out of the ocean and ran a hand through her hair. "We ready?" She asks. "Yep." I say, grabbing my purse and phone.
While we were eating dinner I got up to use the restroom, when I came back this random chick was trying to hit on my wife. "Listen Linda, I already told you that I'm married and I'm not interested in what ever you trying to do." Ash says in an annoyed tone. "But I bet I can make you a lot more happy than your wife can. Come on let me show you real good time." The chick named Linda says, laying a hand on Ash's bicep. What is with people hitting on us today? I mean do people really have nothing better to do these days? I can tell Ash is getting really annoyed and frustrated with this woman and I think it's time to make an appearance. "Hey, sorry it took so long there was a line." I say coming up behind Ash and the woman. "It's fine. Oh! Ali this is Linda, Linda meet Ali: my wife." She introduced us and we shake hands. Linda gives a very displeased look as she looks me over. "If you don't mind Linda, I would really appreciate it if would stop hitting on my wife and let us enjoy the rest of our dinner, that would be greatly appreciated." I say. She scoffs and rolls her eyes and walks way. "Can't people take a hint anymore?" Ash asks. "I guess not." I tell her. We finish our dinner and then take a walk on the beach taking in our last night here in Bora Bora, before we head back home and to the real world.
