Twenty-Five

When I got there luckily Sasori was fine, I took a deep breath and sat on the tree branch trying to replenish my chakra.
"Looks like I rushed over here for nothing he seems fine," I said to myself, watching Sasori and Sakura fight. Sasori was out of his giant puppet so I assume it's damaged pretty bad. From the looks of it seems like Sasori is winning no surprise there of course. He had thousands of puppets summoned and he was only facing Sakura, seems she came a long way. About 10 puppets came at her and she destroyed all of them in one punch.
"Holy shit she's really strong now," I sat in on the tree branch, shocked. "How I can't believe I missed this much of her growth,"
As Sakura made her way to Sasori destroying puppets left and right a few began their attack from behind. I pulled my kunai out of the tree trunk, "Sorry about this Sakura," I threw the kunai into Sakura's back in middle of the circle in her shirt. Then switched places with her and dodging the puppets attack with ease.
"Why did u do that? I could've hurt you instead?!" Sasori said as his puppets made a formation behind him. "Where is she?!"
"No idea," I said trying not to give away where Sakura is and also wanting to make sure she's okay.
"(Y/N) where is she?!" Sasori yelled. With all the tears I've spent with him he's never been this angry, makes me wonder what exactly Sakura did.
(Y/N) I don't wanna hurt you just tell me where you sent her,"
"You and I both know I can't do that, the way you are now there's no doubt in my mind that you'll kill her,"
"Just tell m-," Sasori's sentence was cut short by a scream.
"Sakura!" I look to where she should be and I could see a pink streak falling from the tree. I teleported to the kunai, took it out of her shirt and teleported to a tree further away from Sasori.
"Thanks for catching me and saving me earlier," Sakura said healing her back.
"Sorry for throwing a kunai at you though it's all I could think of at the moment,"
"It's fine, you did it to help me. I saw from the tree I was in I didn't know about the puppets behind me,"
"Yeah, Sasori looked pretty pissed what happened while you guys were fighting?"
"Well he kept talking about how he needed to get you back so all I said was that you'd never go back to him on our watch. I made it pretty clear that you'd be coming back to the leaf (Y/N), I didn't expect him to get so crazy about it,"
"I get that," I look around, "Naruto and Kakashi should be around here soon, I'll do deal with Sasori,"
"(Y/N) you can't go back to him, think about everyone in the leaf that misses you. Kakashi-sensei and Tenten have missed you so much. Naruto even promised to bring you back,"
"Sakura I'll come back ok don't worry,"
"And what if he kills you?" Sakura's voice breaks and she starts to cry.
"He won't,"
"How do you know that?"
"Cause he loves me," I threw my kunai in front of a nearby puppet and teleported there. Once it saw me I made a run for it in the opposite direction Sakura was in.

~Sakura's POV~
"He loves you? (Y/N) can't you see Kakashi-sensei loves you too?" I sit on the branch crying, "Why do always end up back with him? Tenten loves you, Kakashi-sensei loves you so why do you choose him?" Naruto and Kakashi-sensei hop onto the branch I'm sitting on.
"Sakura what's wrong? Where's (Y/N)?" Naruto asks looking around for her.
"She left Naruto, she went after Sasori,"
"We have to go after her," Naruto said Kakshi nods. "Are you coming Sakura?"
"What's the point she doesn't want to come back to the leaf?"
"Sakura that's not true," Kakashi said
"Isn't it she always runs back to him,"
"There you guys are, we have been looking everywhere for you," Lee says as Neji and Tenten hop onto the branch.
"Where's (Y/N)?" Tenten asks
"She's gone she isn't coming back," I say.
"That can't be," Neji said "it's obvious she wants to come back,"
"How do you know Neji?" Lee asks
"Did you not see the way she looked at Tenten back on the mission plus when we were running away with her?"
"How did she look at her?" I asked.
"She looked as though Tenten was her long lost child,"
"See I told you Sakura, where did she run off to?" Naruto said.
"T-that way," I pointed in the direction (Y/N) ran off in.
"Alright let's go find her," Tenten jumped from branch to branch in the direction I pointed off in.
"Tenten wait up," Lee said as him and Neji followed after her.
"You can stay here and cry Sakura but the rest of us are going after (Y/N)," Naruto said before going after them.
"You coming Sakura?" Kakashi-sensei asked me.
"Yeah," I wiped my tears and jumped in the direction everyone went.
